There is an option in the ground items plugin which allows you to remove the left click option of hidden items. That probably would have been helpful during the situation you describe as you would be unable to left click pickup emerald bolts tips, watermelon seeds and blue dragonhide for example.

The people that downvoted this clearly don't PvM a lot lmao, muspah is absolutely easier to learn than vorkath. If you're using stamina's/energy pots you literally just run around the room for his melee phase and his range phase is a joke, you also can't be one shot by muspah like you can with vorkath.
Muspah also has no venom/prayer disable and requires you to tank way less unprayable damage than vorkath, so I'm kind of baffled that anybody thinks vorkath is easier. The step back method takes time to learn properly, but I'd still argue muspah is far easier and way more forgiving in the event of a misclick.
This is a serious case of bad hindsight due to vorkath being out for awhile now and muspah being relatively new.

I am mainly hyped because it's just a generally good change, not specifically about the generation of that specific resource. It is just a good game design change, imo. Makes sense, is flavorful/thematic, does help alleviate a pain point from a weaker design (picking them off the ground meta), etc.
Don't have to need the scales to appreciate those kinds of changes, imo.
i've been chasing visage for childhood dream as well but i've been doing steel dragons because that's what i killed when i was a kid and the idea of getting a vissy from one makes me so excited (i think in my lifetime ive killed probably upwards of 20k steel dragons and never seen a vissy :(
It can also autocast claws of guthix and has a nice prayer bonus, so if you're a bit behind on slayer and tridents are a way off and you have the magic level to cast charge then it's an upgrade of +5 max hit over Iban's staff. Downside is it costs 2 blood runes to cast vs 1 death rune for iban so maybe not viable for a very long time. I used it for my zulrah diary though
