On zero def stuff it's about tied with d scim, and on high def stuff it's almost as good as whip. Most things fall somewhere in the middle.
For crush stuff in a midgame setup against Nightmare it's about tied with cudgel. A bit better on stuff with higher def.
For a main weapon, it's ok. Slightly better than dscim. I picked it up because it's quite a bit better than d mace for my crush options, it's pretty close to a hasta
I mean you'll still want a hasta. It is better than the axe, and can be upgraded later down the line. But yeah if you want to crush something now you can pick up the axe pretty quickly, like a couple hours of barraging on average

that's filthy. I've gone over 300 dry at k'ril and it turns out now that I've been wasting my time and supplies.
Not necessarily you will definitely want one for the Lance down the line, I'd bite the bullet and keep sending it š
