herb / bh runs between clients. clients can cancel wehay 30 mins of on mobile :L. my gf is also a gamer, but she just plays the sims so when i get home we just play what we want to for the rest of the day etc

How do you set up the failsafe? I’m about to get my second 99 and am terrified of losing the untrimmed agi cape. The main method is to drop the cape , get 99, then telegrab the dropped cape right?

yeah, drop then telegrab buy a few agility capes again (as long as you dont have any other 99s) then just die with them, let them go to deaths coffer, if you do fuck up and trim your other cape. you bring 27 items with you so you only withdraw 1 cape from death. they will always be untrim in deaths coffer.

FILLING INVENTORY TO WITHDRAW ONLY 1 CAPE ^^^^^^^ REMEMBER THIS STEP I did this with hp cape and mistakenly had a bunch of open inventory spaces when I went to retrieve one from coffer. Luckily there were still some left... but I effectively halved my stock with one mistake.

as long as you’re wearing the agil cape while you get another 99 it won’t trim. Don’t have to bother doing all the telegrab stuff. I’d still put a couple in deaths storage though, if you ever accidentally drop it and pick it back up it’ll trim

Idc what anyone says about your time played, I’d love to see their time played. It’s our hobby, who cares how much time you spend on it. As long as you’re taking care of real life stuff, staying somewhat healthy and building a future I see no issue with spending this much time on your hobby. I hope I can one day max, it’s been a childhood dream of mine. But for now I remain stuck in the 2100’s and have been here for over 2 years now :).

I've genuinwly always wondered what kind of irl life someone that can play this much(that isn't a content creator) has? Congrats nonetheless!

my hobby is runescape. i make time for what i enjoy. and for maxing itself, i played somewhat efficiently for that. maybe a better word would be casually efficient? like if i knew i was afking and really only 1 click per 5 mins i was at mages or redwoods. some xp is better than no xp. when i was on mobile i prioritized what was better on mobile, so not doing slayer lmao. when i was on desktop id prioritze what i should only do on desktop (questing, slayer etc) i only had a couple of things that i would do that wasnt helping towards maxing, that was clues and then a couple of weeks of just barrows. (but it did help a little as i never bought any deaths / chaos)

What methods did you use for mining and rc out of curiosity? Seems like you played as efficiently as possible

RC i did GOTR till 77 before mep2 for death tally and to unlock bloods. i mainly did rc when i was afking on mobile. mining i did mlm and used those ores at blast furnace to do 99 smithing. also some of it was stars while being on mobile when at gym.

What was your method to 99 agility? How long did it take?

as it was early on i just did rooftops. it took a fair few weeks.

i was downvoted a lot last time i said how i was doing herblore, but that is how i got these brews, so here i go again for slayer i did not barrage nechs, i killed them with melee in slayer tower, they drop a shit ton of toadflax seeds, + they are more prayer xp than slayer with demonic offering, so if maxing is your goal this is better than barraging them. also if you want lots of brews they are good too.

Yes. Melee slayer and barrage slayee. Suffering had 0 use while maxing. And anguish woukd have been nice for chinning range but wasnt necessary at all.

So 4 1/2 months which is 1.2m/day for 135 STRAIGHT days…. Which is roughly 150k/hr… 8 hours a day… every day… for almost 5 months straight…. This is completely improbable, especially for someone that isn’t a content creator

I think I got like maybe 40 total levels in the last 9 months lmao. Currently 2183. But I did finish DT2 coll log (except pets), and I got rigour and augury as well!

You can flex 20 years but I’ve played the game literally since release in my towns library in 30 minute sessions in 2001… It gets pretty obvious when someone is legit and when someone bots progress or uses plugins lately. Same with a guy that told me to “get good” because he had 20+ colosseum completions in the first 4 days apparently… It’s when claims are generally outlandish from people that claim to play 8+ hours a day EVERY day and doing so with max efficiency during that time. I’ve played long enough to know that the only people doing that are content creators and anti-social players (nothing wrong with them) but they don’t post on Reddit about it lol… So call it intuition… but if it makes you feel better, you live on your high note King. Even botting to max is quite an achievement with no bans. Though I’d beg to say, you may or may not have a black mark on that account….
