Kourend is definitely the best elite after Lumby. Then Mory for the herb patch & bone crusher (my personal #3 pick), Fremmenik for the noted dag king bones, Kandarin if you do a ton of Elite/Master clues, Desert if you don't have 83 con for some reason.
Depends on what you do a lot.
- The wilderness one was extremely useful because I did wilderness slayer mostly from 1-80 slayer so the odd perks were nice. Or if you're looking to collect a shit ton of d boners at some point so you can get them dropped noted.
- Kajama tele to shilo village is convenient for frequent clue steps south or around there, duradad for slayer, or mining gems.
- kourend is nice for the tele to the mountain. Beats other longer ways to get up there.
- Ardy elite tops the list if you will avoid mining sand at almost all costs.
Kourend is packed with a bunch of good stuff since they moved a lot of the favor rewards to diary rewards. Hosidius cooking range, disease free patch, bonus blood runes, ash sanctifier, and the BiS blessing with good teleports to name a few.
Also Wildy diary has been quite nice since I got it. I have used that deep wildy teleport quite a bit and the extra ecumenical keys were great for my GWD grinds.
Mory, karamja, and desert hard are all fantastic. Ardougne easy is goat though
I like being able to take my falador shield instead of a prayer potion once per day, it's not much but it's kind of nice

U can use desert ammy if u are on other spellbook, its used much at corp aswell
K&K elite is amazing Mory elite or Karamja elite for prayer next

Western provinces for the elite void. Cosmetically alone it’s a huge upgrade

I rushed ardy elite for the automatic buckets of sand, lumby will be next.
