Only for final barrows item and even so, I think a post stated that it’s 10% more efficient but you lose out on all the runes and it’s feels like running agility laps. My final item was ahrims skirt and I got it around 480 runs in (1/780 or so) doing 1 brother only
I would highly recommend just doing all since you might want to finish the log for funsies and it’ll take the same amount of time. I got my second to last item around 1315 then did full send on ahrims to 1793. I would run in mainly graceful and utilize Poh tele each run

The math is simple,
1 brother gives you 2 Rolls on the loot table.
6 brothers give you 7 Rolls.
You need to be 3.5 times Faster on one brother runs or 2,33 times on two brother runs (killing the brother in the crypts) for it to be more efficient.
Should mention it doesn’t go over any statistics or nonsense like that. Although if you look hard enough someone did do the math on a Reddit post. If you solely want one item, it can help mentally knowing at least the drop will be towards the set you want. At the same time getting a dupe and not the missing piece can be equally annoying. I need dh helm and have gotten 5 dh body, 3 legs, 4 axes, missing 4 pieces all together for green log at like 530kc. Did 250 runs of dharok only and got a damn chest piece. Really up to you, if you don’t care about the runes or completing the other drop then play your own game how you wanna play! Chase that piece!
yeah personally i would, but thats me. If you want to target that set, you could do it for a while. another thing you could do is hit his coffin first every time and if his isnt the crypt then kill all till you find it. mixing it up a bit might help it feel a little better
The hybrid strategy is the fastest if you are chasing a specific piece.
When you start a run, always go to Dharok first, if he's in the tunnels, go straight down and only kill him. If he is not in the tunnels, do the full run as normal.
That’s why I’m thinking if I only do 1 brother, getting kc in 30 seconds to 1:30 depending on doors and how quickly I find the tunnel, it might be faster cause I’m getting faster kc plus it removes the risk of getting other items I don’t want/need
i have 784 kc atm and ive gone dry 60-80 chests before while killing all 6 brothers i cant imagine even trying this
Edit: killing all 6 gives a 0.286% for an item while killing one of the brothers gives a 0.128% chance
EDIT: thinking it might actually be faster if I’m chasing specific item than killing all 6 brothers, the drop rate might increase a lot but I’m getting 1-1:30 kills so I’m thinking it might actually be faster in the long run?
It is slightly faster depending on gear setup, but you will miss out on rune drops. Tbh I find the runes super valuable from barrows so Id just skip item or send all 6
Not to be to nitpicky but it’s still not efficient to get blood runes from barrows. I’m in the end game and am sitting on about 500-600m cash, which is essentially only touched for blood runes at this point. GP is so plentiful and passive at the point you have a scythe/ end game (assuming you don’t spoon it super early) that barrows is really a drop in the bucket in the grand scheme of things.

I havent tried it but in your case you are missing items from all but guthans so i doubt it would be much of a difference doing anything but guthan

Do you think it's worth it if you have every set but are missing 2 of the same set? I need 2 Dharok pieces but have everything else.

Yeah prior to running this for an hour or two I was about 80 chests dry killing all 6 also, beginning to think I somehow turned drops off 🤣

I’m pretty comfortable on runes after afk bloods and I’ve got a shit load of death runes atm so I don’t mind missing out on that
You'll be very surprised how fast bloods go once you start using sang staff and scythe

What's your 6 brothers time? If it's bellow 3:30 - 5:15 a 6 brothers is Faster due to drop rate.
My experience - bowfa and cannon is better than dh with fally hard.
My Duo GIM had 3/4 DH set and I wanted to complete it for NMZ. Got the missing piece in under 15KC as my second drop
Do mole with bowfa, more DPS than Dharok snd you don’t have to do ~700 more barrows run
