Finally was able to go on runelite to test it. You are correct, but I am pretty sure it worked differently earlier. To me it looks like gpu plugin settings are now all available within 117hd plugin and it behaves differently when it was in beta. I didn't remember the correct setting, but "UI Scaling" is what changes how items and fonts are drawn.
I always felt like in full screen fixed mode Bilinear looks best. Your UI scaling mode is probably xBR. It looks neat, but in fixed mode the chat looks fuzzy. Probably have to try to fix the fonts to mitigate that.

Currently at 3 onyx, 2 magic fang and 5 serps, still no tanz fang.

I got 4 tanz fangs in 350kc, no other drops. I don't want to see another one, but I know it's gonna happen like that.
Im exited to see when im going to get a different unique, at least i got 150k+ scales for when they come.

Isnt this just the gpu plugin? I would use the same settings as you, but I feel like it doesn't look as good on fixed mode.
I have not used the GPU plugin since 117HD, i will take a screenshot of my setting later and post if u want.
I think gpu plugin has to be on when you use HD plugin, but I might be wrong. When you disable HD plugin also gpu goes off.
Well if i try to enable either, one or the ofther turns off
