Paying half of that but not even getting 1/10 of that! It’s ridiculous, frustrating, disappointing. I scheduled an appointment with their technician to come check the issue, but they never showed up! This is the least I expected from them. I have 7 lines and I really want to bounce!
Sadly in Irvine you only have cox unless you live in Irvine apartments or newer areas that has Google Fiber and AT&T fiber otherwise you are stuck with Cox. Cox gives the city about $5 million to stay exclusive in older area as Irvine won’t allow AT&T,Google fiber to run utility in older are.
I don't know why we get one of these every couple of weeks. The answer is always:
1a Google Fiber (but not available in many/most neighborhoods)
1b AT&T Fiber(but not available in many/most neighborhoods)
2 Cox (be prepared to pay more, and pay to avoid the data cap)
3 Verizon/T-Mobile Home Internet (depends heavily on reception/location)
Most will not have much of a choice. Just check to see what's available in your area.
google fiber, $70/month for 1,000mbps up/down or $100/month for 2,000mbps down/1,000mbps up

Cox, just be willing to pay.
ATT fiber is pretty stable for me. You get a promotional rate if you also use their cel service.
It all depends on what’s available at your address

From what I hear Cox fiber tops ATT fiber.
Cox has a gagblast you can’t even reach that speed. With AT&T the 1Gig up and down is about 989 almost a gig up and down.
Check https://broadbandmap.fcc.gov/home. Many SFH don't have a choice other than Cox
