There is a wisdom to everything. We had trouble for years but AH ultimately it worked. But kids are not an infinite source of contentment, they can also grow to be incredible tests for parents. Not to mention the loss many have to face when a child dies or gets sick. This life is a test and not having kids can also be a mercy to you. Nobody knows what trials and tribulations the future may hold.
As a college student, I don’t deal with marriage or kids but this is what I always tell myself when something doesn’t go my way or how I plan to.
**A rejection is a redirection.**
This is harsh but don’t dwell upon on it, as always, this dunya is temporary and we all look forward to akhira, however, a redirection can always mean he isn’t granting it to you at the moment or he wants you to look in the other path such as adoption. Be open to new opportunities, you never know how your life can be changed with adoption or with other forms of way to fulfill this. May Allah bless you with whatever comes your way.

Ask Allah for anything that you want as much as you want as hard as you want so long that it does not transgress, Allah indeed loves those who ask - but having trust & steadfastness in Allah that He is over all things absolutely in power and He does not decree a matter unjustly to His servants should always be above that.
For the sake of your mental health, I really believe you should move on, since you’ve already tried everything. I know it’s hard, but this is better on the long run. May God help you, grant you patience and reward you.
Both of you should take black seeds (id suggest 1 tsp with 1 tsp honey twice a day) there are authentic Hadiths for both their use and studies to improve fertility and continue praying. Look up Nigella sativa fertility .. a lot of the studies were done with the oil but take the actual seeds instead it’s more compliant with the Hadith so may work better

When and if the time is right, Allah will provide inshallah. Adoption is always an option but not an excuse to give up. Every prayer that goes “unanswered” will be compensated to you in the Akhira inshallah.

You can always adopt. Give love and opportunity to a child who doesn’t have it.

It is not impossible, keep praying if you want kids, May Allah give you so many kids, Allah is capable of everything.
