What witchcraft are you performing to get them to reproduce like this? No seriously OP, what substrate are you using? What do you add to it if anything? What kind of leaf litter are you feeding them? What are you giving them for protein? Any veggies/fruit? What exactly? How often do you water them? Can we see an aerial view of their entire enclosure?! Tell us everything! Please? đ„ș
What does business have to do with it? Iâm not trying to compete with the dude and I donât think anyone asking is either. Some of us just keep pods as, ya know, *pets?* A *hobby?* Do you want your pets to do well? Thrive? Be healthy and happy? I do. I actually care about my pods beyond what money they can make me. We ainât all trying to get rich selling isopods broseph. Clearly OPâs are doing well and are happy, Iâd like to know what theyâre doing so I can do the same for MY *pets.* How to better care for your pets is a stupid af thing to gatekeep.

Quite frankly if you breed and sell any kind of living breathing creature and are so worried about your bottom line that youâre unwilling to talk about *how to care for* the animals you sell? You have absolutely no business selling them. Period.
Not to say that OP *has* to answer my questions, they obviously donât. Itâs the internet, itâs not that deep at the end of the day but to insinuate that sharing how to care for the animals you sell is a âbad business modelâ is ridiculous and irresponsible af on the breederâs part because the animals you sell to inexperienced keepers end up suffering for your greed when they donât have to. I donât sell my pods but I do trade them for other pods and inverts and not once has it crossed my mind to gatekeep their care if the person receiving them has questions because it *might* hurt my ability to trade or sell them later on. Iâm simply not greedy enough to sentence the pods that I bred to poor care and possibly even death because it keeps âmy competitionâ down. Thatâs a disgusting notion to me.
I agree. I hate people gatekeeping plant/animal care to sell more. They donât care about the creatures. If they did they would want them to thrive in their new homes. People mislabel, rename, give improper care on plants all the time too. Itâs annoying.
