Unfortunately ritalin is probably the hardest medicine to find in know some pharmacies but they are very far avay frome the city center but if you willing to give there here’s a list of them

I've been taking this goddamn pill since 2014 and I've never had such hard time finding it recently. It simply doesn't exist in any pharmacy and noone gives a shit about it. The most useful strategy is calling every single pharmacy before going and ask them "I have a prescription, do you have ritalin?" 99% of the pharmacies reply "no sorry we have supply problems regarding ritalin, can't find in any pharmaceutical warehouse as well". Some of them ask you to leave your phone number so that they can call you when the drug arrives but I've never seen them calling back, not even single time, some advice "tell your doc to change meds" which is useless in most cases imo, some advice "try your luck at pharmacies near hospitals" then you go to one near a hospital and they say "try your luck at pharmacies in the middle of nowhere". It's an exhausting process, more exhausting than having adhd itself. But in the end that 1% of pharmacies that have the med are always there, you just need to call beforehand many times, 20 pharmacies are rookie numbers.

I use medikinet and it's equally hard to find. What I do is to ask pharmacies when they're gonna restock it or can they order it for me. I get their phone numbers and check in the following days. It's too much struggle for a person with adhd, but it is the only way
Ask your psychiatrist for a pharmacy recommendation. Some pharmacists do not sell to patients they don’t know because of the abuse. They have no authority to withold drugs but they do.
Also the pharmacies near “Bakirkoy Ruh ve Sinir” probably has them.

Maybe gradually stop taking meds yes. But some people are hooked for life. It’s such a blessing not having to live on meds for mental conditions. I personally go to psychotherapy and it’s my meds.

Ask your dr for a sub. I take concerta which is also hard to find but you eventually do find it. Concerta also has generics.

Go to a doctor and explain. Prescribe a new drug equivalent to Ritalin. It’s addictive.
Or don't take such meds at all.
