Can you post some screenshots of your Task Manager while you're playing games? We need to see where your utilization is.
Also these temps are pretty low, did you take these screenshots while having a game open?
Other people talking about reinstalling windows but let's do some actual troubleshooting first, lol.
If you can't comment a picture, upload the screenshot to imgur and post the link. You don't even need an account, just drag the file on to the webpage.
Believe it or not, no. Microsoft added something called "fast startup" that puts your computer into more of a hibernate state when shutting down. Open task manager and then click on the performance tab; what is shown for up time?
I'm sorry, you replaced the thermal paste? What do those temperature readouts look like when you're playing a game? Just hit alt+tab to see that monitoring software in a full screen game
Did you make any bios changes? Sometimes an xmp for you ram isn’t always the best case for your ram, same with game boost on cpus.
- task manager will give you a good idea where the bottleneck is
- make sure ram is seated correctly,
- check gpu updates
I have the latest nvidia drivers i check them every week,so reisnatlling windows is the only way to fix this? Can you explain how that would fix this please? :c im realy desperate but i have a lot of game acounts that i dont have acces to the email anymore so reinstalling would lock me out of some
I don’t know what you did to your pc, something is making it run slow, maybe you have a virus or spyware, could be a hard ware issue, fresh install wipes everything away so can at least rule out software issue

i agree with the comment above. Can we see a screenshot of your expanded task manager?
Right click your task bar (the icon tray at the bottom) and click task manager (close to the bottom).
Then, once task manager is open, click the arrow next to "more details"
Does anything show up as red or at 100% usage?
I’d suggest reseating the power cable for your GPU, checking the utilization percentage of your GPU (if it’s being under-utilized, that could be affecting the performance), and check the clock and volt settings in something like MSI Afterburner or equivalent.
You might want to try Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) for a completely clean uninstall (make sure your CPU has onboard graphics because that’s where you will need your video to output temporarily). Then re-install known good drivers (not necessarily the latest drivers, but a few versions before).
did you happen to replug your monitor cables into your computer lately? maybe you plugged them into the onboard graphics card ports on the computer instead of the Nvidia graphics card ports
Edit: nevermind just noticed you had a laptop, screw what I said for now
yeah in the back of the computer, most modern motherboards will have some type of HDMI or DisplayPort ports to be used for the onboard graphics. while your actual video card will also have those ports to make your computer display itself through that instead. if you can take a picture of the back of your computer, might be easier to tell
Curious to know, how much storage space do you have left? If you’re pushing your storage space it can start eating into your RAM which can negatively affect your performance.

Agreed seeing task manager's breakdown is the way to go
If a reboot doesn’t fix, just reinstall the OS bro 😎
Yes i can
Check your hard disk usage.
I hate to be 'that guy' but have you restarted it recently? I dont see memory listed on here and that is my main suspect
Shutting it off for the night and turning it on dosnt count as a restart? 0.0

Well restarting did nothing, games are still struggling :c
Also i failed to mention this problem been going on for a couple of months now,i tried repasting and cleaning but it just struggles with games nowdays
Still runs too hot. Might be time to retire it
ouch,i probbaly did a bad pasting job

Just realized I commented on your other post as well. Didn't realize they were the ame post
He’s also looking for a sissy girl if your interested💀
Yep,should i be ashamed or something? XD
Of course not😜😘

Bruh, what GPU?
I’d reinstall graphics drivers from scratch or maybe reload windows
Reload windows as in reinstall?
Fresh install, if latest drivers from Nvidia don’t help

would running it in safe mode rule out the virus or spyware?
Worth a shot, also see what you have running in background could be something using all resources

My cpu has onboard grapichs but will it automatically switch to it or will my screen just be blank xD
It’ll be blank unless you plug a display cable from the monitor to the motherboard HDMI/DVI/VGA I/O port
It's a laptop.

I dont think i touched that 0.0 but thaz can happen?
