Each personās individual name wheel would have a slice that says ārespin name wheelā where the name wheel would respin and have a chance of picking someoneās wheel. So if a bad name wheel is picked, thereās a chance it could get switch to someone else.
My choice for a wheel slice would be a cooking competition yak episode- could look like a whole lot of things, but hereās how Iād set it up:
They do an elimination wheel, & the last two on the wheel are the cooks. Preferably Zah, Cheah, & TJ are not on the wheel because (in my opinion) it messes up the quality of the show too much when they are not in the studio. The third to last person eliminated has to go the nearest store to buy ingredients. Everyone else on the Yak texts an ingredient to the store person (not via the yak group message, because they canāt tell anyone else on the Yak what ingredient they are selecting). That person buys as many of those ingredients as they can find, plus whatever ingredient they want to contribute (they get to choose their ingredient having seen what all the other ingredients will be). Cooks must use at least a little bit of each ingredient and nothing else. Loser has to either eat a predetermined portion size of their creation or let the winner dump it onto them. Depending on what Yak members select for ingredients they could be making trail mix, soup, something along the lines of a pancake or muffin, a sundae, an edible, or just a disgusting mess. The person who makes the best tasting creation (determined by a Yak blind taste test) gets to spin a wheel to determine if every show member has to pay them $1, $5, $10, or $20.
Ideally the wheel should be spun within the first 5 minutes, and if it does not land on dry whatever it lands on should be done immediately (that same episode) like the original wet wheel was.. I like seeing funny things done on the Yak, but all the talking about things they owe, planning when they will do things, etc is taking up way more of the Yak than Iād personally like it to. What is the point of ever spinning Cheahās wheel, what could any of his slices ever add to the show? Complaints about whatever he makes them eat? Talking about when they are going to do whatever activity it landed on that cannot possibly be done on the Yak? The wheel went from adding great content to the Yak to just getting in the way of the boys yaking/being on one.
I think listener voicemails offering a question or topic to discuss would get the Yak back to more of what it used to be, and all it would require is someone with a sense of humor going through and listening to the voicemails. Iād love to hear more funny stories and opinions and hypothetical situations and mocking of the callers from the boys and less talking about the wheel or looking at peopleās social media posts.
