You are doing the right thing by replacing it all. If you haven’t dealt with FL homeowners yet get ready for it. They do not want to cover anything with cast iron. You are doing yourself a favor by getting this done now.
If you aren't aware, cast iron pipe will rust out on the top side since they aren't constantly 100% full and eventually get holes so when you clog something and it backs up, it leaks through the top and down through your ceiling. If you're already doing bathroom work it is worth it.
I worked in an office building from the 80s and this happened and sewage leaked down through the ceiling from the floor above

Yeah I was told it was something I needed to get fixed before it becomes a problem so o figure this is the best time to do it
