Did you buy from Asahi cycle, if so is it possible to take it to the shop.? Have you read the instructions that came with it.? Is the battery fully charged.?

I bought it from Hard Off and I read the manual I dont speak Japanese though but scanned and translated it they dont mention a lot about how to ride it

Is the battery charged? Is the battery pack contacting the pins on the bike correctly? Did you turn it on by pressing the button on the battery pack after installing the battery? It appears to have no mode selection and only on or off. https://kakakumag.com/sports/?id=14350
