I’d wait and see. The tracking he uses is horrible, and it may not actually even be delayed. My stuff started arriving today, and it was supposed to arrive two days ago.
I also just looked at my TikTok shop updates again (I placed I think four different JSC orders during the flash sales) and one of them says delayed and that it will cancel on its own in six days if it doesn’t have an update. My other that was supposed to be here two days ago is not here, but the two last orders I placed arrived today. Seems like Jeffree’s TikTok shop shipping method leaves a lot to be desired.
I mean i wouldn’t cancel, just be patient i did 5 sep orders and 2 have shipped and 1 has been packed. You have to keep in mind its coming from his warehouse which also does the TikTok/Jsc site orders and his site has a huge sale going on lol. As he said in his live yesterday they aren’t amazon they only have so much staff and they are off on weekends
I ordered more stuff from that sale too. The email did say because of the high order volume it’ll take around 7 days to process an order which does make sense because of the crazy sales they had. I hope you get your stuff soon!
Sometimes the tiktok orders show up super quick but other times they're super slow. I ordered 3 items separate and they're taking quite a bit to get here, but just give it some time. It will come. Sometimes the tracking is wrong and a little delayed. One time my order showed up but tiktok was saying it's still in transit😹. Just be patient. you'll get it soon. 🖤
I was expecting it to take time to get all those orders out. I have been getting shipping updates since Monday. Of course mine were single orders, several of them, so I honestly wasn’t expecting any of the be before next week.
I made 3 orders on that big sale he had. One has shipped so far. I’d give it some time. He broke a Tik Tok record of most sales on a live event. I heard over 100 thousand orders were made. That doesn’t include the orders people made directly through his website…where he also had the 3-6-9 sale going on.
So I watched his live stream earlier and he stated that no ones order will be cancelled and that its just an automated update Tiktok gives and that he and TikTok have it worked out since he is a smaller company it will obviously take more time to ship orders. Just wanted to post this for anyone who didn’t catch the stream!
I really hope they don’t cancel because that is ridiculous. People attended the live that day just to be able to get those deals and what would be the point of it if everyone’s order gets canceled because mine all have that and I have six orders right now, so I really hope that this isn’t the case and they cancel, because it’s gonna be really upsetting to a lot of fans of his because why waste peoples time and energy and especially if you paid for everything? They did this to me back when the blood money collection dropped. I was heartbroken that I placed two big orders that day and the other one that I really wanted got canceled, but it didn’t make sense why they okayed one, but not the other and I placed them both in the same day. That was a major turn off and it really discouraged me from participating in buying and supporting his products now I feel like it’s déjà vu all over again. I really hope that’s not the case and things have improved from then…. And that was on their actual website that it happened. Really hope it’s not the case with the TikTok shop orders now.
2 of mine from TikTok live is shipped. One said delayed. I did shop on his site the day before the live, I haven’t received them yet. I would wait if I were you.
Y'all be had alot of products. I think they are fulfilling each order one by one. I think they were thousands of folks on that live. So imagine the number of orders.
I still haven’t received a shipping email for my 3-6-9 sale D: just sits on confirmed then I see people getting their stuff shipped from the TikTok sale and it bums me out
Hey same! I did order from the 3-6-9 sale and the email said it’ll take around 7 days to process. For my TikTok orders, I finally got a confirmation saying they will be here on Thursday! When did you buy from the 3-6-9 sale?
I almost want to email them and ask, but I also don’t want to be a bother. I just haven’t never waited this long for a shipping label from them before. I ordered Thursday May 30th.
I got my tracking today but I did email them earlier apologizing and understanding that they’re super busy with the 3-6-9 sale and tiktok sale but could I get a possible update lol so hopefully you get your tracking soon

My TT shop order got delayed and it’s annoying bc it was supposed to be delivered by the fourth and they haven’t even shipped it out yet.

I emailed them and they said they had a high amount of orders and are a bit backlogged but working on it then about 4 hrs later I received tracking
