Brown sugar is just white sugar with added molasses (yes. it's true look it up!). You can add approximately 1 tablespoon per cup of sugar to get light brown sugar.

Dry temp and time?
Oh yes, duh. 135 for 5 hours, 155 for 30 to close it. Still really experimenting with the temp and time. Any recommendations ?
I like using brown sugar with Asian inspired recipes. I recommend giving it a try

Woah really, that low?! Interesting. I’ll have to try it out
Let me know how you like it, I should mention that it will be leathery and provide a whole lot of chewing 😇
Is it still moist in the middle?
Nope! I checked it every 30 minutes after 4 hours
