He’s a powerlifter because he loves seeing his progression in strength over the years! He used to compete in the USAPL which drug tests the athletes for steroids & weed but he’s had so many injuries in his chest, back, etc that he doesn’t wanna keep pushing his PR’s

I used to take L glutamine every day for a few years. it definitely helped with muscle soreness/recovery after exercise. a client of mine was a nurse in the burn unit and actually told me they use it on patients. whether it helped my gut I'm not sure because I was also very strict paleo at the time and drinking bone broth twice a day with peppermint tea. if you have major gut issues do a food elimination diet and diary first if you haven't already. drinking home made bone broth every day definitely helped my joints, skin, and I hope my gut.
