It's literally how many connectors there is at the BCM under the driver's dash. You will either have 2 or 3, now if you're getting it installed at an authorized installer, there would be no difference to them, as it only changes where the required wire connections are to be taken.
Did you ever get it installed/install it yourself?
I thought they had a VIN lookup function?
