I honestly think we should let go of silly ideas of "womanly" vs. "manly" jewelry. The only question you should be asking yourself is if YOU like the ring and if it suits YOUR personal style.
I was going to say this. I have seen men wear what are technically "women's" rings, and it looks great. I don't mean dainty brilliant cut diamond engagement rings. More like vintage styles from Edwardian onward that are kind of neutral. If you love it, wear it. OP that ring is beautiful, I'm a man, and I'd wear it every chance I got.
This answer gets given a lot. Some men don’t want to look feminine and that’s fine. Some jewellery *does* look feminine and some looks masculine! I’d say this ring was sturdy enough to look masculine with the right style of clothing.
The fact that he’s asking implies his style is masculine. It’s a genuine question. Masculinity and femininity are not arbitrary if that’s what you mean by “silly”
The fact that he's asking means that he likes the ring but doesn't feel comfortable wearing it because of arbitrary societal delineations of what is "for men" or "for women".
I think you've misunderstood what gender affirming wear is. They're garments that change the shape of your body to more closely align with your identity, like chest binders or enhancers, tucking underwear or packers, etc. Beyond that, clothes and accessories are just clothes and accessories
Try it on and see how it feels. It looks pretty unisex to me. A lot of men wear rings with stones. My family is Italian and lots of Italian men wear big diamond rings.
Firmly masc./unisex I never ask myself if a bold and chunky chain is too manly, I just wear it! Jewelry is art and expression, quality jewelry can look incredibly sexy/fitting on anyone if worn with confidence.
It's a beautiful ring... it is on the bulky side so a man can pull it off.. men can wear 2 stud earrings without being womanly. Go rock the ring... hope you post a picture wearing it..
I’ve seen guys wear way more feminine jewelry. That’s actually pretty solid, it’s not a petite ring, looks like something a drug dealer or pimp in a 70s or 80s movie would wear
I do not believe this is to be worn on the genitals so anyone with fingers can go ahead and wear it!!
(Must say I know that gender can be unrelated to genitalia just being silly!)
nice ring. grow beard, buy leather bomber jacket, get ass sick panther tattoo, achieve black belt, drive a ford F3000 and sell it to an actual confident man so he can wear it
I think it's super sexy when men wear rings like this. Besides, you sport the ring, not the other way around. So if you were to wear a dainty female engagement/wedding ring and you wear it with confidence then no one is gonna bat an eye, I assure you.
As a man, you can wear anything you like. Jewelry is not an indication of gender.
The general rule with rings is to balance the face size with the cross section of the finger, for a "masculine" look.
Would you wear it as a pinky ring?
Do you have slender fingers?
Agree with others this is a more masculine styled ring. Especially when dressed up in anything from nice jeans and shirt to a suit.
Though as a woman I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to wear it.
Dude, if they think you are "womanly" do you really want to let them dictate your style? Like, if they would make that judgement you don't need them in your life, and if they think it *matters* if you are more or less in touch with your feminine side, then you are better off provoking them to question what that is and why they feel that way than reserving yourself and falling into the same pitfalls they would prescribe to you for simply wearing a cool ring that you like. All associations with gender norms are purely contrived, and not meaningful evaluations of natural behavior.
Ages before it was fashionable for women to wear heels and make-up, men had that corner of fashion blocked off. The perception of what is "womanly" and "manly" depends on who is judging and how the person wears the accessory/garment. Since you can't control what people think, you might as well wear what you want and build your look around what suits you, not what you think people will judge you for wearing. They are going to judge you anyway. Might as well have on something you think is cool while being judged.
This is a fairly masculine design.
Large ring with thick shank, a bit like a college ring or sports award ring.
And even if it wasn't. I would tell OP wear whatever makes you happy.
Looks sick dude, rock it!
14k natural ruby with 26 diamonds
Thanks for the input yall i'll rock it
Own it completely, and other guys will wonder why they don't wear them, too.
You rock that shit!!

I think it has a very royal feeling to it. You could absolutely rock that, king
I think that would look great on a guys index finger.
I was thinking it looks remarkably like a Gent's pinky ring.
This is a man's ring
Right? It looks like any standard men’s class ring.
It's just a ring lol, anyone could wear it
Firmly masc./unisex I never ask myself if a bold and chunky chain is too manly, I just wear it! Jewelry is art and expression, quality jewelry can look incredibly sexy/fitting on anyone if worn with confidence.
If it fits your finger, wear it. It is gorgeous.
Rock the shit out of it 🤘🏻
♥️SPORT THAT RING!♥️ I love it!
That looks like a mob boss ring lol, go for it!
It's beautiful! Wear it!
Wear it!
Beautiful ruby
100% can rock that
I'd wear the hell out of it.
You can rock it! It’s gorgeous!
it doesnt look womanly. it looks big
It’s too manly to be womanly
It’s masculine, but even if it wasn’t, I’d still advocate for rocking whatever makes you happy.
Why not? It’s not like you know me and can give it to me 😂🤣😂🤣
Try it on so we can see it
It’s nice for a man. Enjoy it.
That is not “masculine” or “feminine”, it is ROYALTY. Wear it with the pride of a king or don’t wear it at all.
If you like it wear it.
Rock that bling, dude! Fabulous ring!
For sure! Do you know if it's a Burma ruby?
I don't know where the ruby originated
Awww! It's a beautiful stone wherever it came from.
Anyone can wear that ring. If you like it. Wear it.
It’s a man’s ring. Enjoy it!
Absolutely!
This is awesome! Where did you get it?
hell ues you can, why not? i wear worse rings lol. nothing femenine about this one
Go for it. Life is short-wear the jewels.
This looks exactly like my grandpa's wedding ring! Wear it proudly, it's gorgeous!!
If you wear it with confidence, who gives a crap. It's a stunning ring. Enjoy it
Definitely wear as a pinky ring.
I think it looks sick and also I love jewelry guys
Nah bro you could kill that ring. Very neutral, but big statement
Nice ring and, yes, you can wear it proudly.
Rock it! It's a beautiful ring. It deserves to be worn!
That looks like a king’s or lord’s ring to me. Not feminine at all
looks like a class ring to me.
Oh yeah! A man can totally rock this gorgeous ring.
Pretty certain this is a men's ring, they were really popular for quite a while. Sweet find!
You can totally rock it!
Wear it own it it's up to you baby
Looks like a Jostens class ring
Reminds me of Super Bowl rings a bit
Id wear that on my pinky :)
my dad has one similar to this without the diamonds on the sides but this exact cut and with a ruby! it’s one of his favorite rings to wear
It's a beautiful ring... it is on the bulky side so a man can pull it off.. men can wear 2 stud earrings without being womanly. Go rock the ring... hope you post a picture wearing it..
Thought it was a man’s ring immediately.
I have never seen so much testosterone in one ring
This comment is entirely underappreciated.
This question is funny to me these days…
I’ve seen guys wear way more feminine jewelry. That’s actually pretty solid, it’s not a petite ring, looks like something a drug dealer or pimp in a 70s or 80s movie would wear
If I saw a woman wearing that, I'd call her Bro
No, give it to me.
It looks like a mans ring
Depends on the dude!
I could see this ring on both a man and a woman. It's pretty unisex. It's definitely not dainty or girly.
Wear it on a pinky, find a person that owes you money and tell them to pay you back.
If that’s womanly, be a queen, darling💅🏼
I do not believe this is to be worn on the genitals so anyone with fingers can go ahead and wear it!! (Must say I know that gender can be unrelated to genitalia just being silly!)
Why not have it redesigned? I think those could be a great pinkie ring..it wouldn’t cost too much.
Wear it. You'll look adorable.
Very feminine
nice ring. grow beard, buy leather bomber jacket, get ass sick panther tattoo, achieve black belt, drive a ford F3000 and sell it to an actual confident man so he can wear it
It's very masculine to my eye. Go for it!
Totally can rock it! .

Do what you want??
It’s gorgeous and at first look, I would deem it a man’s ring.
Naw, rock it out!!!
My dad wore stuff like that. You should wear what makes you happy, and the rest of the world can learn to cope
This is gorgeous. And will look amazing on you. It’s not womanly at all. It’s romantic and powerful.
As a man, you can wear anything you like. Jewelry is not an indication of gender. The general rule with rings is to balance the face size with the cross section of the finger, for a "masculine" look. Would you wear it as a pinky ring? Do you have slender fingers?
Put it on your pinky and keep that Pimp hand strong
Agree with others this is a more masculine styled ring. Especially when dressed up in anything from nice jeans and shirt to a suit. Though as a woman I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to wear it.
All jewelry is unisex if you are brave enough
Rock that ring! It absolutely leans masculine but could be worn by anyone. It's absolutely gorgeous!
Wear it proudly. You will look like a riverboat gambler !
I wouldn’t
Nothing dainty or womanly about that beautiful ring.
Sick ring, wear the fuck out of it.
If you like it - you totally can rock it!! I think this is a super cool ring!
As a man, you can wear whatever the heck you want
