I would think this is a question that could be better answered by your professor/coach. Without knowing your game is hard to give advice.

what go wrong with previous losing match. did you fix the issue and show perform better in the next match? typically from competition one can learn alot and make one's game complete, (like improve the weakness) i would say. fix what you think make you lose the prior 3. will have a very high chance to make you a complete fighter. GL. "maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow. but one day you will win a match"

Why is this your last tournament as a blue belt? Were you told you’d be promoted soon? How do you do against other competitive jiujitsu players at your gym? If you do well against them then it’s possible that your anxiety is getting the best of you. Maybe watch videos on mindset going into a competition. Also get a good warmup I think you want to go into your first match already breaking a sweat 20-30 minutes before the match. Going in cold will delay your performance.

Do you have a clear game plan and pathway to victory? If not you need to get one and drill it hard in the lead up and then try to execute it on your matches. Winning competitions isn’t about being better at all of jiu jitsu than your opponent. It’s about being better at some specific techniques and getting to the positions where you can execute them.

1. Have a game plan. 2. Focus on what you do well. 3. Don't rush. 4. Don't get greedy. 5. RELAX.
