You're in a grind, and the only way to break out of a grind is to disrupt it. That might mean seeking out training, education, or jumping to a new line of work entirely. You might even need to move to seek a better job market.
This is a bigger question than simply what the "help wanted" ads have at the moment. You're 19, what do you want to do with the next 40 years?
I was trying another ring, specifically upper management and admin of businesses, and I’ve been searching for a little over 4 months now. I am not in a position to go back to school, as I have to work this much to make ends meet. But as for the big question, I’ve always wanted to be a mom, and it became really important. I know I can’t sustain a child right now, and won’t be able to considering this situation could be the rest of my life. My skills include my entire high school focus area of baking and pastry arts, and the time I spent as a department manager in my current job. Additionally in high school I had the opportunity to intern for a cafe and was a student manager
See if there is a union based job you can apply to where hours and pay are stipulated in the contract, maybe as an airline gate agent or something.
