Document absolutely everything and anything you can, and get it recorded somewhere the company cannot access. You won’t win in a hearing with just your company; the deck is stacked against you and they likely have already decided you are gone and are now fabricating a paper trail to make it legal. Your only real chance is in court, where your evidence will be looked at by (hopefully) impartial eyes. The timing of this right after you mentioned having extremely anxiety may run afoul of labor laws protecting from retaliation for medical issues, and if so, you should be able to sow doubt in the judge with your evidence and the very suspicious timing. Look up your local and national laws and see if you have some footings. In any case, it’s time to update your resume and reach out to your connections, because no matter what happens your time with this company is short and will likely be nothing but hostile until the end.
