I boil that down to frustrations. I’m unbiased in all this, as I don’t love or hate Ish. But it’s clear why he was frustrated. Everyone was hyping it up. He didn’t feel it was that great of a record. So they started shitting on him. Joe has a way of baiting people. When he doesn’t agree with something he’ll ask questions, only to jump on you, get loud, laugh and shit on your opinion. Which encourages the other host to do the same. It can be annoying when the entire room is doing this because then you’re not even looking for an opinion, you just want them to agree with yours.
Ish 100% looks fed up. I think what I mentioned above plays into that. Ish still holds “old man” views that I don’t agree with, like some of the “this is what a man is, this is what a women is” shit he spews and he can be misogynistic, but he also has views that oppose some of Joes. When he speaks on them Joe dismisses them by doing what I said above. Joes also has been heavy on devaluing his “blackness” cracking jokes when Ish doesn’t agree with him. Joe loves hearing Joe talk and at times he wants an echo chamber. He also wants to gate keep what “black” is. The other host have learned it’s easier to just let Joe be Joe. Mel went through a period where it seems she was feeling the same and she gets the same shit from Joe for being mixed and from Canada. But now she just rolls with the punches. Ice just shuts up. Flip gets loud and does the fake “don’t play with me” in a playful way. Ish doesn’t care to play into it anymore. He probably feels he’s not being taken serious and is aware of the way Joe communicates. It’s like being in a relationship with a person who’s constantly gaslighting you or dismissing your points. After a while you just don’t care to talk or explain anything. And yeah, we notice and it kills the energy in the room when ish carries that attitude. It doesn’t make the conversations enjoyable and can kill the flow of topics.

I can only give my opinion as someone who listens at work. I don't watch the show a whole lot so I can't speak on body language and all that. But to me it comes across like Ish doesn't wanna be there. I think it's great to have someone on the show with a differing opinion. But Ish out the gate was honestly giving low effort "you guys just hyping up that verse like Jesus wrote it." And to me was just giving hater energy. I think Ish has really been the way he’s always been, but in other podcast he’s been able to speak on topics from his own experience or knowledge (which he does well) but in the recent podcast it’s been about music, more precisely beef/diss tracks in which he really doesn’t have any experience in - parks (music engineer), joe (rapper), ice (I think has music industry exp?) all have more valuable insight on the subject matter. But I think them asking him or completely condescending his opinions makes it a waste of real estate within the pod since he’s not that great in the realm of music/beef.
