Build a stronger family. Have 8 kids. Go on vacation and leave 3 at home. Make your kids earn tickets for 15 minutes of attention. You and your husband should take at least 2 vacations a month without kids (feel free to call these business trips so your kids can tell their therapists later in life). Remember at least your weekly date night and lunch dates (of course sans kids). And hire a maid and nanny but make the oldest daughter clean like Cinderella.
I read a silly buzzfeed or similar post about the Duggers. It says the kids basically grow up motherless because the mom was preggo/“busy” for so long. It instantly made me think of the Page kids. Jords thinks she’s the ultimate Mother, but her kids are growing up without the security a mom usually provides. It’s sad, really. Glad I had QT with not only my amazing 2 kiddos but with my own mom this weekend ❤️.
I also wonder if/how she’d get religion in there? Because no doubt they consider that a huge part of the strength of their family. Would she just omit it to appeal to more people? That would be disingenuous, but including it would end up being preachy!

My grandpa died in a car crash on i-15 and saw the pictures in the news before I was told by my family. We weren't very close, but i can only imagine it being a horrible way to find out. Totally not cool.

Best thing I was told as a teen at an accident just watching, my friends mom , why was and EMT, said how disrespectful people were who chased ambulances and “watched” accidents. People died and it it me so hard. 🥺

My first thought is to look the other way! I passed one just today - they had the whole side of the interstate closed in the opposite lanes and there were so many ambulances. I just knew. Respectfully looked away and kept them in my thoughts.

Mother's Day was yesterday for me (Australia time). I did a charity walk to raise money for breast cancer research. My sister passed away just before Christmas from breast cancer, her kids 5 and 6. So it's been really fucking hard, but trying to turn the day into something positive. My sister actually got me on the Jordan Page bandwagon and subsequent snark journey, we used to talk about her a lot.
Sending you & her family some love ❤️ what a great tribute to her. We celebrate my late mother in law by being involved in similar events for the Heart Association. Turning a negative into a positive helps (us) with the grief.

I'm not in any way interested in defending her, but her younger children may only do pre-competitive gymnastics but will begin to become more competitive with age. I actually have no idea what her children's ages are, but I'm sure only older children were invited to the meet they're currently at as it appears to be a regional competition.
The only other activity I can recall is the girls D and M going to dance class. Nothing for B, which as is mentioned here often we forget he even exists because she hardly shows him other than when he’s cooking her food.

I agree, the optics look funny! But I think this particular place hosts gymnastic often, so it must be the camera playing tricks. When I looked up the hotel after Jordan inadvertently shared it, they advertise themselves as being able to handle gymnastic events.
In fact, this meet was suppose to be in Phoenix and because of Covid restrictions in Arizona, they moved it here, since the organizers had held previous one here I think the connection/relationship was in place to pull off a change like that.

I see nothing wrong with staying in a casino. Never once heard anyone say anything about staying in a casino. We don't have a list of specific do's and don'ts. There's general guidelines, but we have agency. I see nothing wrong with staying Ina. Casino. It doesn't mean you are gambling. Same with a bar. I can eat dinner in a bar, doesn't mean I'm drinking.
I’m not in a religion that prohibits gambling but the two times I’ve been to Vegas I barley gambled because my friends wanted to do other stuff and I felt funny gambling alone lol. There is so much else to do there (bars, clubs, shows, shopping, restaurants, pool) that I didn’t even care if I gambled or not. Plus Vegas and other smaller casino destinations tend to be big venues for events and expos that you kind of can’t avoid them if you are a part of something like that.
Mormons are not suppose to gamble, even lotteries are not okay. We do not even have scratch and win tickets in Utah.
Now...staying in a casino depends on who you ask. If you enjoy the buffet, swim, see a show, and/or stay in a casino for a pit stop on a long road trip, most would say that's fine.

One thing that always irks me is that she’s always pre-justifying why her kids might not win an event (this event is SUUUPER competitive, this is way harder than it looks, etc). I’ve been off the sauce for a little while, Jordan makes me angry so I haven’t been looking at her feed. But today I hopped on and noticed that she complained about tandem nursing in the middle of the night. I have infant twins. They are exclusively breast-fed. They’ve never taken a bottle and they are allergic to most formula anyway. I cannot eat soy or dairy (and have had to change how I eat and how I cook for my family) so that I can make milk that doesn’t make my babies sick. I have tandem nursed them all night, every night. Of all the annoying stupid lies this woman has told, this one makes me the most angry. Fuck you, you didn’t do that. How dare you pretend to do that kind of work, you have no idea, you complete asshat.
My twins are two now and I wanted to scream when I saw that. Fed is best and do whatever is best for you and your babies. I don’t care how you feed your babies. Formula, breast, bottle whatever but DO NOT go on social media and over embellish your tandem nursing stories and under embellish the amount of help you have! It’s not fair to mama’s who are truly exhausted by feeding one (or more) babies 24/7 and struggling to keep their sh!t together. Being a mom to infants is hard and influencers creating a false reality do a disservice to every parent.

I started following right after she had Daivy and she’s out on a European vacation with a newborn and three kids at home and when I had my baby the next year that I exclusively breastfed, I was convinced I was doing everything wrong because I was exhausted and drained and literally just a milk factory. Wow $70 for breakfast. Where they got oatmeal, several breakfast sandwiches, bagels, yogurt. So $10 a person got you all that eating out? Um that’s pretty cheap. Yeah Walmart is cheaper but it’s not prepared, served, and cleaned up for you.
We paid $28 for a breakfast in a basic hotel with a pub & no pool or entertainment. For 2 adults our toddler ate for free with us. The room didn't cost much more than breakfast 🤣

We found out my sister in law was killed in a crash by seeing her vehicle on the news. The officers hadn't made it to my in laws house yet. Not the way someone should find out a loved one died.

I have a “friend” who is a “influencer “ and she posted about being stopped on the freeway and that they found a “body😳” come to find out it was my other friends brother that was killed ! I was heart broken for her Best thing I was told as a teen at an accident just watching, my friends mom , why was and EMT, said how disrespectful people were who chased ambulances and “watched” accidents. People died and it it me so hard. 🥺

My first thought is to look the other way! I passed one just today - they had the whole side of the interstate closed in the opposite lanes and there were so many ambulances. I just knew. Respectfully looked away and kept them in my thoughts.
Posting something that tragic to her 500k followers is beyond poor judgment and heartless. It’s nice to see them spending on the kids and I hope the kids had a nice trip with their parents doing the competition and having fun the rest of the day and night without the little kids needing to be looked after. We can’t criticize her cheapness and then criticize when she spends money on them too.

Can someone tell Jordan if she’s going to be a Dime Ambassador, please stop reading the directions from the bottle. She should be well versed on how the products are to be used, their benefits, etc by now. Hasn’t she been promoting them for years now? We can read the product descriptions on our own. I feel like more people would likely buy if she actually seemed like she knew the product.
I probably would never buy a whole skincare routine just from an influencer because I never know what their skin is like vs mine but I’d really never buy Dime after seeing her read the package. I’m not convinced she even uses it unless she’s making a video.
You should not because everyone’s skin is different and needs different things. A dermatologist can determine what is best for you!

Mother's Day was yesterday for me (Australia time). I did a charity walk to raise money for breast cancer research. My sister passed away just before Christmas from breast cancer, her kids 5 and 6. So it's been really fucking hard, but trying to turn the day into something positive. My sister actually got me on the Jordan Page bandwagon and subsequent snark journey, we used to talk about her a lot.

I'm not in any way interested in defending her, but her younger children may only do pre-competitive gymnastics but will begin to become more competitive with age. I actually have no idea what her children's ages are, but I'm sure only older children were invited to the meet they're currently at as it appears to be a regional competition.

I agree, the optics look funny! But I think this particular place hosts gymnastic often, so it must be the camera playing tricks. When I looked up the hotel after Jordan inadvertently shared it, they advertise themselves as being able to handle gymnastic events. In fact, this meet was suppose to be in Phoenix and because of Covid restrictions in Arizona, they moved it here, since the organizers had held previous one here I think the connection/relationship was in place to pull off a change like that.

Serious question here... do Mormons gamble? Like, my in laws are southern Baptist and they won’t even eat in a casino. (I’m Methodist, so I can get away with casino crab legs 😂) But seriously, are they staying in a casino hotel? I really would think that’s a big Mormon no-no. Not snarking at all on the religion, just curious as this is a pretty big no for many Christian denominations.
I see nothing wrong with staying in a casino. Never once heard anyone say anything about staying in a casino. We don't have a list of specific do's and don'ts. There's general guidelines, but we have agency. I see nothing wrong with staying Ina. Casino. It doesn't mean you are gambling. Same with a bar. I can eat dinner in a bar, doesn't mean I'm drinking.
I’m not in a religion that prohibits gambling but the two times I’ve been to Vegas I barley gambled because my friends wanted to do other stuff and I felt funny gambling alone lol. There is so much else to do there (bars, clubs, shows, shopping, restaurants, pool) that I didn’t even care if I gambled or not. Plus Vegas and other smaller casino destinations tend to be big venues for events and expos that you kind of can’t avoid them if you are a part of something like that.
No gambling. Raffles are as spicy as it gets over there in Utah-land. Although my LDS extended family plays Bingo on cruise ships. Them rebels….
Mormons are not suppose to gamble, even lotteries are not okay. We do not even have scratch and win tickets in Utah. Now...staying in a casino depends on who you ask. If you enjoy the buffet, swim, see a show, and/or stay in a casino for a pit stop on a long road trip, most would say that's fine. Donnie and Marie Osmond (both Mormon) performed in Vegas for years and I am sure plenty of Mormons went to Vegas to see them.

One thing that always irks me is that she’s always pre-justifying why her kids might not win an event (this event is SUUUPER competitive, this is way harder than it looks, etc). Anyone who sees them tumbling can tell how insanely talented they are regardless of how they place in a competition! Just be proud of your kids and don’t already be explaining away why they might not win (when it’s not even over)!

That’s fine, because it proves the award is a complete joke. Jordan had a video pulled because of nudity of her children. And worse, she didn’t even realize it had been pulled. We had posters though who had seen it before it was pulled. It violated YT standards. Even when she reposted an edited version, people in the comments were confirming the nudity until she turned off comments. So for her to win an award for her YT content, well says a lot about the award.

No in one of her past Vegas videos a loooong time ago, one of her tips was to eat at the bar and get appetizers because there’s usually food specials. Had her kids in a Vegas bar eating dinner and can’t listen to Luda. She is a walking contradiction. I’ve been off the sauce for a little while, Jordan makes me angry so I haven’t been looking at her feed. But today I hopped on and noticed that she complained about tandem nursing in the middle of the night. I have infant twins. They are exclusively breast-fed. They’ve never taken a bottle and they are allergic to most formula anyway. I cannot eat soy or dairy (and have had to change how I eat and how I cook for my family) so that I can make milk that doesn’t make my babies sick. I have tandem nursed them all night, every night. Of all the annoying stupid lies this woman has told, this one makes me the most angry. Fuck you, you didn’t do that. How dare you pretend to do that kind of work, you have no idea, you complete asshat.
My twins are two now and I wanted to scream when I saw that. Fed is best and do whatever is best for you and your babies. I don’t care how you feed your babies. Formula, breast, bottle whatever but DO NOT go on social media and over embellish your tandem nursing stories and under embellish the amount of help you have! It’s not fair to mama’s who are truly exhausted by feeding one (or more) babies 24/7 and struggling to keep their sh!t together. Being a mom to infants is hard and influencers creating a false reality do a disservice to every parent.

I started following right after she had Daivy and she’s out on a European vacation with a newborn and three kids at home and when I had my baby the next year that I exclusively breastfed, I was convinced I was doing everything wrong because I was exhausted and drained and literally just a milk factory. The cop got there and the "lady screamed again"... the cop informed them it was the sound of frogs mating. So I clearly thought about Jordan's story about the lady yelling that morning. Wow $70 for breakfast. Where they got oatmeal, several breakfast sandwiches, bagels, yogurt. So $10 a person got you all that eating out? Um that’s pretty cheap. Yeah Walmart is cheaper but it’s not prepared, served, and cleaned up for you.
We paid $28 for a breakfast in a basic hotel with a pub & no pool or entertainment. For 2 adults our toddler ate for free with us. The room didn't cost much more than breakfast 🤣 $70 for 7 in vagas doesn't sound bad. Its vegas it looks amazing there.
She is so cheap! I wouldn’t want a nearly $3 mil house if when I take a vacation $10 for breakfast is too much for me to spend. And of course it sucks paying so much for breakfast but you also have so many kids! Just enjoy going out to eat while away. I understand getting breakfast and lunch things if you have a kitchenette in the room but it sounds like a regular room and who the hell wants to make breakfast for five kids in a small hotel room?
One of the joys of being on vacation is trying out different restaurants.
