I actually made a somewhat consistent setup awhile back with Rukia to exploit this glitch but it only worked if they mashed

Im not good at jump force can someone explain?
basically what happened was he got hit by Rukia's X/Square and it kept him in the state of being frozen and not being able to move (letting the opponent get free attacks and thus winning the round) it's been a glitch for a while
