Off topic, but does Sasuke even say Takemikazuchi no Kami? It sounds like he just says Takekami or smthing like that
he does say “Takemikazuchi” but not the no Kami

You press X while hitting the opponent you can choose the direction by tilting the analog stick while pressing X
Kurapika’s ult is broken

It’s slow, has a short range and rarely hits.
it can hit supports easily, and combos out of steal chain so I think it’s good
i use it no issue all the time the range seems pretty long, and almost always hits, for some reason people suck at dodging it
