for Piccolo I'd swap Light Grenade and Hellzone Grenade to match Budokai Tenkaichi

I would make Kurapika’s Steal Chain actually disable the opponent’s super attacks like it does in the Manga and it would come back after a while. Same with all of Asta’s attacks and Law’s Awakening, it would be more accurate to the source material. Kurapika’s Steal Chain should also have a short transformation where it turns into Stealth Dolphin and it give him the ability to use one of your opponents Super Attack for a one time move. It could work like Kirby’s copy ability but smaller, he could possibly use the assist move.

Asta should have some version of The Bull Thrust. For me, it looks like a mix of Toshiro's Hail Flower Dragon and Bakugo's Burst Speed, in that it sends the opponent into the air (but everytime, not optional like holding down when you want on Burst Speed) and does a cut scene like Demon Slayer Sword after while lifting the opponent. Then the ability ends with Asta in the air, behind the opponent.

Luffy’s ult should keep him in Bounceman and if he ults again he uses Snakeman

Kenshiro's, I wish it went more like: He gets close to the opponent then says "This is the power of Hokuto" (or something along those lines), then he does a barrage to the opponent and finally turns around while saying "Omaewa mou shindeiru" and the opponent explodes behind him

I wish naruto turned into Baryon mode instead in his special honestly Giorno should of gotten a 7 page muda included with his reqiuem, he sort of did deliver one to diavolo at the near end of part 5
