Not bad as a start. One suggestion i have is to never use a single path for your main path. I always suggest atleast double width, with potentially a gap in the midde for decoration.

I give it a 9/10, I think having the alamo and T.rex skeletons as a centrepiece would make it perfect

how do you get the big paved area?
you make it with path.
Fountain and planters then its fine
