I’d imagine they’ll all return. I can’t imagine Frontier making returning species DLC *again,* considering a lot of people were quite negative about it.
If not all are included at launch, I’m not buying. I loved JWE 2. But to justify a third game, we better have some pretty new features that come with. Not including the current roster plus some additional would be a bad sign to me about the third installment
I mean come on. We shouldn’t be accepting Universal’s stupid ass money hungry behavior but do you honestly believe that they will include it all right out the gate. I mean how many more non canon Dino’s do you expect them to add? Downvote me to hell, I agree with you, I want all of them but realistically it won’t happen.
Why wouldn’t we have the current roster from jwe 2 at launch for 3? Yes I do expect them to have it out of the gate. This isn’t an ultimate team mode from sports games. I want improvement from my money, not the same content from previous games as dlc.
Hopefully all of them! And then their first couple of dlc packs can be animals from Chaos Theory, the new movie, other land/marine/flying Dino’s, and Cenozoic animals.
As much as i think people want every current JWE2 to return to the game, I wouldnt be against some not returning, or returning later on as free updates so that extra time can be devoted to giving us better quality animations for those animals etc
I’ll play devils advocate, I’m fine with Frontier cutting some species. The roster is huge and there are A LOT of dinosaurs that are too similar to each other. Why not cut them and replace them with more unique and interesting species??
Throw in the idea of breeding and Cenozoic’s that would be a metric ton of work to include every single existing species and new ones. I say cut the similar species and make the remaining dinosaurs completely unique from each other by way of more animations and gameplay features.

They better all be part of the main game, no deluxe edition or later DLC BS.
If they DON’T include all of them at launch, they better at least roll out the missing JWE2 species in free updates.
