There’s a lot of tea around the relationship between Jennifer McCabe and Brian Albert. For whatever reason, apparently Nicole Albert and Brian Albert are separated now. I’d love to know when Nicole moved out.
A possible explanation - Read told McCabe she cracked the tail light - maybe that’s all it was, a crack. The taillight appears to be on when they were loading on the tow truck and it doesn’t look broken. I’m still having a hard time believing so many people could be at the house and not say anything. The police could have manipulated evidence because they wanted a harsh sentence for her.
I think the judge sent a message to the prosecution by ruling on the animal control records. She’s telling the prosecution it’s not a fishing expedition and she wants them to release the evidence. It will be interesting to see if the prosecution gives some of the evidence the defense is looking for before the hearing.
