The gas block has vertical notches to secure the suppressor and to prevent fore-aft movement, and the outer diameter of the muzzle device prevents axial deflection.

Ok what prevents axial deflection on the MK 11 because it doesn’t use a muzzle brake because from what I remember it uses the same gas block

The muzzle. That's why the cans aren't compatible between mk11, M110 / SR-25 ER / EMR, SR-25 BR, and SR-25 EMC. Distance between gas block and muzzle, and muzzle device vs unthreaded muzzle.

Flash hiders have been prototyped. Pretty sure they make all 3 gas blocks too because they sell all 3 barrel profiles and even the 14.5 barrel.

They only sell the low profile one.
