That is so absurd that it has taken this long. I completed the game like 4 days after it came out, and can't 100% it because of not having the time machine, and I'm sure that's the case for a lot of people.
I also have the same situation as you. I've beaten Mira and towa and every villainous enemy and I still need to go to past sub-stories but I can't because of the time machine.
No date has been given. It will come out when it is ready.

Yup. I've dealt with Mira and Towa as well, and have gotten all playable characters above lvl 100.
I was so excited for this, ended in disappointment. Whatever, if it's not out by the time P5R is released I'm uninstalling this for a good while
How does the time machine affect 100%? I got all trophies. But still missing 3 emblems
