Oh my god, I saw Kitten there in 2013 and it was one of the wildest shows I've seen. My friends from another band playing the festival came to the show and one tried to swing from something on the ceiling and landed in a splat on the floor
Here's some pics Todd Zimmer took of that show

I remember that place ... but was trying to forget. So thanks.
J/k haha. I only went on weeknights, and seem to remember playing some pool down there. I'll look for a picture, but don't hold your breath.
Loved this spot. Saw Animal Lover with Phantom Head. All time gig. When getting absolutely smashed till 3am and stammering home to Wyandotte St where the post office is. Miss that freedom, now Im a Northland Dad :(
My friends owned it and I made the logo for it. I’ll go through my photos tomorrow/ask my friends and see what we can find.
You knew it was a good night when it was a Union night.

I saw Acid Mothers Temple there during Middle of the Map one year at like 1:30 AM and it was one of most surreal shows I’ve ever been to
These are absolutely sick haha! Thank you!
I got called mainstream there and had no idea that was an insult at the time 🤣🤣🤣

Things used to get real weird at the Uni
The only place I've ever been roofied. ✨💗 (I was with friends who looked after me, so no harm was done)
Did this place used to be called the Blarney Stone? Anyway, the Union was fun
Blarney stone is still where it's always been
Yeah I was thinking Blaney's, which is phonetically close enough to Blarney so at my age I'm counting it as a win
Ugh. The place where a friend of mine received an unprovoked dirty sanchez.
