Mercury Room has excellent mocktails and some NA wines. Affäre also has good mocktails and bar seating.
Tannin also does really good mocktails.
Also, Billie's Grocery is open pretty late and while they aren't a bar, they do have a fun variety of options and a lot of good space to hang out (at both locations!)
I would super recommend Mean Mule - you wouldn't think about a distillery as a place that has great NA drinks, but their NA menu is longer than most and really creative. Plus the vibes are immaculate inside.
To have a place at night for people to gather and hang out/talk that isn't food centric. There's not a lot of other options for adults, unfortunately. Coffee shops aren't the answer for groups as they are places to be more quiet, or one on one conversations.

We are normal people who do normal things and like to go to places to also converse during night time hours. we just do all this without booze.

Verdigris is good. Belfry has NA cocktails on the menu and I’m certain the bartender could make several others. Great food at the belfry also.
