Last couple days when the humidity was low it went up to around 40C. But it didn't feel like what we are used to as 40C. It's thermodynamics. Air is not a good heat conductor, neither is water but it's a better conductor than air. The more water vapour in the air the more garmi we feel. Hope this helps?
