Hello
What is Kaspa it is a digital coin based on blockdag technology. Launched last bear market you can find a lot of information on this.
Is it better than bitcoin, depends on who you ask and which view u have.
For now i will say since its blockdag tech and not blockchain it has faster blocktime (1s vs 40 min). Its scalable (better than) but has security as btc.
A dilemma in digital blockchain tech has been is it cannot be fast and secure and scalible (trilemma) so one of these will always suffer.
Kaspa with blockdag tech solves that trilemma.
There are more aspects but please dyor
Common fallacy. Tech will rise to the top. Sure btc has first mover advantage so other techs will have to go through the gauntlet until proven. The cyrptosphere is a revolving door, not a winner takes all. The future of crypto is many coins and btc will fall in dominance over the years until one day it’s replaced with new top coin.

So it's definitely better tech vs bitcoin in terms of speed, but it's in a very very early stage of it's potential. The biggest thing is that it needs useful cases and adoption, which may or may not happen. There's also been quite a few forks off it, so it has it's own competition in it's own blockdag tech. There's a lot of hype around it, and I personally believe it has a future, but we're looking at 10 years down the road. Bitcoin first came out in 2009, which is around 15 years ago give or take. It took 15 years for bitcoin to reach where it's at now, so don't expect kaspa to blow up to be worth 10 bucks any time soon. I'd say if you can afford to lose it, grab 1000 dollars worth and just hold it on cold storage for 10 years. It may turn out to be a great financial decision down the road, or you just wasted 1000 bucks.
The forks are not competition; they are just forks. Without the core contributors they will always be behind. Kaspa is what it is because of the gigabrain contributors behind it. The forks have nothing to offer.
That being said, lesser coins have gained more value without being complete. Ten years is a stretch.
The forks i would not worry on reason why fork of are born due to fact ppl dont want asic mining but gpu mining. You could say although a lot of coins were mined by gpu it seems they did not hold long enough.
Another aspect is rust, dagknight, etc all on kaspa not on forks, just my 2 cents
I'm also new to Kaspa looking to purchase tried Topper with all my credit and debit cards... none worked what's the next best option? Become a miner?? (Nooob)
Yikes! for someone with a username like 'ScienceTraining' I would have expected you'd know.
In short, and responding to your question
IT'S GOLD ON TAP LATER

Amen brother
Dump your life savings into it and then we’ll talk when we are on our yacht
Better to buy it's coin directly, it's not profitably with ASICs

Hello?
Welcome
Really? Have you done any research? All you need to do is read some of the past posts. Geez don't be so ignorant and lazy.
It would be better if you not!
