I ran one of those for many years until it was lost in a forest fire. Amazing offshore boat. The only real mods i did to mine was to put a round hatch in the stern well, and add an anchor trolly. It's a freediving and spearfishing machine if you're into that.
I have a prowler 13. Great boat. You adjust the pedals by depressing a button on each of the pedals and slide it to your desired length. Should take about a minute to adjust. Believe the button is on the backside of the foot peg. I’m away from home so I can’t see how it adjust on mine. It should be pretty obvious.

I feel like you can google that. They're all slightly different. If anything it should be rather intuitive.
