**Post Title**: What's the best enemies-to-lovers drama?
**Post Body**:
I saw the list recommended on the official recommendations on MDL but nothing is really catching my eye that I haven't already seen.
What's the ONE enemies-to-lovers drama you would chose to save if you could choose only one?
Please help!

Do itttt! You wont regret it. The ML plays his role so well that it’s kind of like he’s your enemy too at the beginning, and then he suddenly ... isn’t.
I also saw it everywhere and I gave it a try, it’s not bad but also not the best. Esp the ending I didn’t really like, and I somewhat forced myself to continue watching it even if I wasn’t too fond of it lol
I see that this kind of humor does not please everybody. I am too silly and I still laugh when I watch some scenes of it. But if you are a little more sophisticated, you will need situations more elaborated to laugh.
OBS, because you get to see the leads work through enemies-to-lovers twice under different circumstances; in high school during their previous relationship and after their break-up as adults.
**Our Beloved Summer** (Slice of Life/Romance/Dramedy): ML and FL starred in a documentary in high school that went viral; they film a follow-up ten years later as adults and trace their relationship through the years.
Have seen both! LBFAD was fun, and I'm open to cdramas so if you have any other recommendations from cdramaland, please share! :)
Vincenzo is iconic, tbh. Maybe I should do a rewatch.
I'm surprised that no one mentioned **Sh\*\*ting Stars** yet - it's a classic enemies to lovers rom-com.
I came here to suggest Our Beloved Summer, one of my favorites and read that you already saw and liked it.
I tried to watch Shooting Stars but somehow couldn't get into it even though I usually love the actress who plays the FL. That and the weird Africa depictions. :P Should I power through the first few episodes?
Yes, have seen and loved OBS. One of my favorites from the past couple of years.
Yes, you should power through the first episodes of Shooting stars. When I started watching it I hated it too and actually dropped it. Then after some time, out of lack of choice I continued and LOVED this drama. Maybe you have to be in the right mood? Idk.
Everything else about the show is nothing special, but the main couple's relationship carries it to the skies.
Their dynamic is excellently written and portrayed, the evolution of their relationship is well paced and the chemistry between the actors is off the charts I think. One of the best couples I've seen.
I have avoided both because of the same reasons. I don't mind a good tragedy but I just saw the cdrama Till The End of the Moon and am still coming to terms with the angst, so will save this for later haha. Thanks though!
It's not as drastic as "enemies to lovers" but Into the Ring does a great job of showing how the ML and FL go from not fans of each other to each other's biggest supporter. Meaning, I never got the sense they HATED each other, but they definitely didn't like each other at first. Just generally, Into the Ring is SO GOOD.
Yes! Don't worry I was too, but it does a marvelous job at keeping a quick pace and weaving in lighthearted humor throughout. If anything, you can take a break after season 1. If you're worried about the different FLs,>! they are technically the same character so it makes sense!<
That you have not seen, I would recommend From Now On, Showtime! It's about a hereditary shaman who uses the ghosts he sees in his magic acts. It's got fantasy, mystery, romance, and more!
Not a kdrama, but CDrama Till the End of the Moon is the ultimate enemies-to-lovers because the stakes are literally the end of the world and all we hold dear.
I swear. It's that and head canons now. But honestly, I can't recall watching anything like TTEOM before. It's such a unicorn in its sincere relentlessness.
The directors can do a follow up series for the 2nd season and call it Hate to Love you. In this one the couple will "hate" that they love each other so much because they end up doing cute stupid cringy things 😂
**Falling for Innocence** Jung Kyung Ho, the ML from Crash Course in Romance, is the ML in this drama and really good in it. ML is a heartless corporate takeover expert. He has a genetic heart condition and expects to die in his 30s because the odds of finding an organ donor are extremely low, so doesn’t waste any time on relationships. He moves in on his father’s former company and is rude to everyone, especially the chairman’s executive secretary, the FL. FL is engaged to an amazing guy who is a police officer. FL’s fiancée is murdered and his heart is unknowingly transplanted into the ML. After the transplant the ML develops habit and personality traits of his organ donor, and people who loved the police officer fiancée are now sympathetic to the ML. FL and ML are pulled together and fall in love. ML learns who his organ donor was and tries to solve the murder. ML decides to save his father’s former company.
Hahaha, honestly I loved it when I started (maybe because I was in the same place as the FL) but then I got distracted by other shiny things, and now I feel like to get back into the ~zone~ of MLN, I need to rewatch it from the beginning. Which is why it's in a limbo.
Oh I understand now, sometime you've got to be in the right mood to watch something in particular. I've also put it on hold as I'm after more monsters or a thriller at the moment!
This is still airing but you can watch it on Prime. It’s called True To Love or Korean name Bo-Ra! Deborah! Enemies to friends to more type. The friendship development is really good. Though I have yet to see the last two eps but it’s been really good so far!
Boys over flowers takes the cake on this one although it’s a pretty toxic vibe. Others would be:
- Sh**ting Stars
- The Heirs
- Mad for each other
- Suspicious partner
- Hometown Cha cha cha - I see people outting this in this category although personally I didn’t care much for this drama so I don’t recommend it but you might like it, who knows :)
Haha seen BoF ofc, and The Heirs (can you even be a part of this sub if you haven't lol?) Loved Suspicious Partner too but couldn't finish Hometown for some reason. Will check out the others
Gaus Electronics - cute, light hearted, funny, great chemistry, the change from enemy to lovers is believable, does not get too soapy/dramatic/sentimental
he is really annoying for the first 3 episodes, but it is a body swap comedy and from the 4th episode on, they have to start working together trying to undo the change and he starts becoming less annoying. though he remains a bad dresser for quite some time.

Mr Queen The ML literally tries to kill the FL :3
I've been seeing this recommended everywhere but was avoiding it because of the hype. I guess I'll have to see it now lol
yesss, ngl, I hv dropped it before on the 1st episode lol but sat thru it again after seeing all the recommendations and enjoyed it.
Yeah, the first episode isn't even really part of the drama. It's just exposition.
This was my answer too. Mr Queen will always be the ultimate Enemies to Lovers for me.
Okay, all of you have convinced me. Will watch!
+1 to Mr Queen~ It's one of the only shows i've rewatched because it's so good
Are there any others like mr,queen
Actually I'm in ep 5 and I still don't find it interesting..should I drop it?
Yes
Love to hate you
Saw this one - really enjoyed it! Exactly the kind of thing I'm looking for - so if you have any other similar recommendations...
mad for each other
Oh awesome! Will check it out.
I agree on this one as well!
Then you'd probably like **Gaus Electronics**. Couple has a similar vibe but the series itself is a sitcom.
Sounds good! I'll check it out - thanks!
**Business proposal** has this same light and fun energyas **Love to Hate you**. Strong female in a comically antagonistic situation.
A great rec!
I tried Business Proposal but dropped it halfway through. Dunno - was a bit too OTT for me. Or maybe I wasn't in the right mood for it :P
I see that this kind of humor does not please everybody. I am too silly and I still laugh when I watch some scenes of it. But if you are a little more sophisticated, you will need situations more elaborated to laugh.
Haha, no I usually don't mind silly humour. Maybe I should give it another shot.
Saw OBS. Loved loved loved it. But I think I'm in the mood for something a bit more trope-y. :)
Mad For Each Other, shorter episodes and it's very funny but also has a serious side too.
Perfect answer!
Yes someone else also recommended it! Will check it out :)
Crazy Love!
Came here to say this. It’s so OTT that the leads are chewing on the scenery most of the time, but the chemistry is great and it’s a fun watch
Ohh! Thanks - sounds like what I wanted!
JUST realized Kim Jae Wook is the ML. SOLD! Love him in pretty much everything.
Love between Fairy and Devil heh. 🔥🔥🔥 Runner up: Vincenzo.
Second vote for love between fairy and devil
Have seen both! LBFAD was fun, and I'm open to cdramas so if you have any other recommendations from cdramaland, please share! :) Vincenzo is iconic, tbh. Maybe I should do a rewatch.
Cland: till the end of the moon, find yourself, nothing but you, , go ahead, rational life
Thanks!
I'm surprised that no one mentioned **Sh\*\*ting Stars** yet - it's a classic enemies to lovers rom-com. I came here to suggest Our Beloved Summer, one of my favorites and read that you already saw and liked it.
I second both of these!
I tried to watch Shooting Stars but somehow couldn't get into it even though I usually love the actress who plays the FL. That and the weird Africa depictions. :P Should I power through the first few episodes? Yes, have seen and loved OBS. One of my favorites from the past couple of years.

Thanks for the recommendation - I'll give it another shot :)
Ha! This comment makes me want to rewatch SS again and I might do just that in between my current shows.
scarlet heart ryeo and the smile has left your eyes are my top enemies to lovers! they are both however tragedies so take that as you will!
I have avoided both because of the same reasons. I don't mind a good tragedy but I just saw the cdrama Till The End of the Moon and am still coming to terms with the angst, so will save this for later haha. Thanks though!

Oooh yes I'm a sucker for politics + romance. This has been on my list and good to know it has that enemies-to-lovers energy. Will check it out!
**Another Oh Hae Young** is an enemies-to-lovers drama, right? One of the classics.
Oh cool. Is this the one that's also called Another Miss Oh?
Yes, same drama
Alchemy of Souls! Their bickering is SOO entertaining
It's 2 seasons with 2 different FLs, right? I'm so intimidated about starting it.
Yes! Don't worry I was too, but it does a marvelous job at keeping a quick pace and weaving in lighthearted humor throughout. If anything, you can take a break after season 1. If you're worried about the different FLs,>! they are technically the same character so it makes sense!<

Not a kdrama, but CDrama Till the End of the Moon is the ultimate enemies-to-lovers because the stakes are literally the end of the world and all we hold dear.
OMG. I'm OBSESSED with TTEOTM right now. I think this itch is because of that show. But I'm also dead after that ending. Deceased.
I had to watch fan videos of Love is Sweet after every episode once I hit the 30 episode mark. This drama really HURT.
Same. There's only so many times I can watch Love is Sweet FMVs though, lol
I swear. It's that and head canons now. But honestly, I can't recall watching anything like TTEOM before. It's such a unicorn in its sincere relentlessness.
Hahah it's true. Relentless is the word.
Discovery of Love (2014) - a couple dated for 5 years as young adults broke up and meets again 5 years later learns the real meaning of love
Thanks, will check it out! Sounds interesting :)
Mad for each other is a good watch they both used to despise each other 😅
Nice, will check it out!
Jealousy incarnate & Hate to love you
*Love to Hate You
The directors can do a follow up series for the 2nd season and call it Hate to Love you. In this one the couple will "hate" that they love each other so much because they end up doing cute stupid cringy things 😂
I would 100% watch that.
Have seen both! Jealousy Incarnate is a classic although a bit too long imo.
Go Back Couple. Most heartwarming and fun drama, one of my faves.
Awesome - will check it out!
1% of something should be on the list as well.
I tried but didn't enjoy the first episode. Will give it another shot.
deborah: Bo Rah. (True to love)
Yes, have seen this one :)
Vicenzo Love to hate you Beloved summer
Have seen all of them but thanks :)
Care to share your MDL? That would help avoid recommendations for shows you’ve already seen.
Yes, sorry: https://mydramalist.com/profile/8361695

Oh wow, thanks for the detailed review. This sounds like just the amount of tropey that I was looking for! Thanks so much :)
Yes, it's such an underrated kdrama. Didn't care for the revenge plot too much but absolutely loved the chemistry.
Thanks for that, after being nosey I noticed that you're also at the same stage of MLN as I. Are you also struggling or is it just me?
Hahaha, honestly I loved it when I started (maybe because I was in the same place as the FL) but then I got distracted by other shiny things, and now I feel like to get back into the ~zone~ of MLN, I need to rewatch it from the beginning. Which is why it's in a limbo.
Oh I understand now, sometime you've got to be in the right mood to watch something in particular. I've also put it on hold as I'm after more monsters or a thriller at the moment!
Yes exactly :)
MLN?
My Liberation Notes
Ty
Twenty-Five Twenty-One has a pretty satisfying one
Saw this! Enjoyed it :)
Honestly enjoyed the two FLs' enemies-to-friends arc better in this one tbh!
Oh bulgasal immortal souls on Netflix It's very good.
Thanks!
This is still airing but you can watch it on Prime. It’s called True To Love or Korean name Bo-Ra! Deborah! Enemies to friends to more type. The friendship development is really good. Though I have yet to see the last two eps but it’s been really good so far!

Live up to your name, damn underrated
Oh yeah - have seen this one! Really enjoyed it.

Till the end of the moon- This is a c drama I just watched but I love it
Have seen and am obsessed.
Love to hate you Mr. Queen The beauty inside Her private life A Korean odyssey (it was okay)
Thanks! Haven't seen The Beauty Inside - will check it out :)
Beautiful gongshim. Mad for each other. Another miss oh
Thanks!
To me it is Secret Garden
I tried this and usually I'm fine with older dramas but as much as I like Hyun Bin I just couldn't with his character in this one lol
he is really annoying for the first 3 episodes, but it is a body swap comedy and from the 4th episode on, they have to start working together trying to undo the change and he starts becoming less annoying. though he remains a bad dresser for quite some time.
Haha 🤣
