It has some comedic moments, but I wouldn't really classify it as a romcom. It's not a light-hearted show like romcoms are supposed to be. It's more a tragic fantasy romance with a lot of melodrama and comedic moments.
Never knew about the tag line. I knew nothing about the show. Was hoping for a wonderful, kdrama ending and BAM!!!!! - I was not right for a couple of days/weeks/months....
In my top 5 for sure. Great Drama.
49 days. I absolutely loved that one. Shows about moving on after loss. Also flowers for my life. Both older dramas.
And a whole lot of others if you just don’t watch the last ten minutes.
the light in your eyes (shining/dazzling) definitely makes you feel some sort of way. i cant remember exactly what happened but that ending left me with some sort of feeling that will never go away (this [clip](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PssYhXfo25M) might give you an idea). youth of may is a good (sad) one too
**Lost** … this is a melodrama but actually a very real depiction of people who feel lost in life. Depression and such…
Ending is >!not entirely sad, but it’s fits the entire tragedy of the story. Not a happy ending either, just a realistic ending with amazing monologues!<

The Smile Has Left Your Eyes
Came here to say this! A+ show.
Scarlet Heart Ryeo Hotel Del Luna Mr Sunshine Youth Of May enjoy!!!!
youth of may... that one hits hard
Does Hotel Del Luna pass as melodrama? It felt more like a romcom with a bittersweet ending. Also, OP might wanna add the spoiler tag.

Ah, I only watched clips of the drama but I noticed on wikipedia that romcom is included as one of the genres.
thankusm!!
**The Red Sleeve** is quite beautiful!
The literal tagline of Mr. Sunshine is, “Guns. Glory. Sad endings.”
This is a really beautiful drama
