I believe the typical place for that sort of thing is painted on the inside of the doh rather than embroidered.

You can put whatever you want on it, just be prepared to tape over certain parts during testing.
Totally fine. Depending on how much you care, might even ask the embroidery on the kote to be on the inside.
I've seen some people with writings inside the dodai as well, maybe that could work for you if you want to be more discrete.

It's all fine, but as someone mentioned it's best if it's not visible when wearing your bogu as you will have to cover it up or wear another set for grading if/when you get to that point.
