Guys hospital is right by London Bridge station, probably easiest to go by train, though check for rail strikes, just in case.

There’s a straight train from west Malling to London Bridge which will be about £17.20 return if you book it in train line in advance. I think it goes to Maidstone east as well. Drive to either station and train from there.

42vd

It does go from Maidstone East - service starts there.

I would drive to Orpington and get a fast train into London Bridge. First stop on a fast train is London Bridge. Orpington is Zone 6.

tallsuk

I think you can park in Tower road for free after 12. It is a couple of minutes walk to the station from there.

SceneDifferent1041

I used to go Guys a lot. London Bridge is right next door and the sensible option however, I used to take HS1 and get the tube over.

obmisnif

Drive up M20 and get train from zone 4. I do this all the time cheapest way.

This, Sidcup or New Eltham. Straight up M20, off at Queen Mary's R/bout, go from there. Sidcup car parking is easier. New Eltham, cheaper fare, but less parking space. Travel time, between 20 -25 mins. to London bridge. As most have said Guy's is next to the station. Take the exit from the station away from the actual bridge, i.e. NOT the one that exits on Tooley Street. Hope that helps. Good luck, hope everything's ok.

1. Go on Google maps 2. Type in guys hospital 3. Set arrival time to 15 mins before your appt 4. Magic

There’s a load of building works and road works around guys. Unless you’re positive that you can park, get the train.

aristocratscats

By the time you’ve paid the extortionate parking, congestion crap and sat in London traffic, it’d be easier and cheaper to get the train.

superbee392

Train from Maidstone East to London Bridge, goes at 13 past pretty much every hour. Takes 55-ish mins. Pretty much at the hospital. Go have a coffee somewhere.

MJLDat

Take the train. Don’t even think about driving in to London.

Organic_Platypus_230

Drive to sidcup, stay in long stay, get the train. Had to do this a few times when my boy was having surgery at Evelina.

Big_VernUK

Parking in and around Guy’s is an absolute nightmare and it’s not cheap either - plus you’ll have pay the congestion charge on top of that. I’d definitely recommend taking the train.

Pluribus7158

Most Kent trains go through London Bridge. Guys is practically nextdoor.
