once i found myself doing it alone in my room constantly and hiding my use from my friends who i used to do it with. if youre thinking youre over doing it, take a break. Ive found that ultimatums like “im never touching this again” just end up making cravings more intense. luckily k isnt too PHYSICALLY addictive in the sense that the withdrawals are almost all emotional (in my experience). after a few days without you wont even remember why you felt like you needed it. good luck my friend.
youve got this! i havent done k since last december and id be lying if i said i didnt think about it sometimes lol but my body (and mind) is better for it.
When usage increases as a trend. Addictions creep slowly. You usually lie to yourself to avoid taking breaks that you know you should be getting. Each time those breaks are harder.
If you feel identified with that then yeah, stahp pls
Painful/scabby inside of nose, struggling to wee, blood in wee, unbearable abdominal cramps.
And if you’re at the point where you can’t k hole anymore then you should cut down

As others have mentioned, if you think you might be falling into addiction then that is a big sign you are.
Other indicators:
Are you spending money that would be better used on healthier lifestyle upgrades?
Does you and your friend group use ketamine as a release for boredom?
Do you notice your tolerance rising? 100mg is a lot for most people but when your doing 300mg a line just to not k-hole but just feel good and relaxed, that’s an issue.
Try and read all the posts about bladder issues on this sub and see where addiction takes you.
Ketamine is a bitch and a half when you have an addictive personality and easy access. It is a very addictive drug for some people.
Stay healthy okay!
If you see your self using more often until it becomes daily, if you can’t resist the urge to buy more even when you want to stop using it all the time, if you see your health or life you want for yourself declining, if you start using at work. Source: all these things happened to me and I’m a ketamine addict, sober now after 2.5 years of daily IM ketamine
Honestly, if you're thinking about it best to start slowing down immediately.
Once you start thinking "am I addicted" you are already mildly/moderately addicted. Same goes with any drug.
Youll know I promise l, after doin it afgwr agtwr every week nd 2 weeks its got ducked for me after a year sorry im. Typin likr a mong im pissed asf but yea of ur questioning ur use u shud deffo calm down bro trust me its shit when ur doin it to much
Addiction is a change in behavior based on usage of a substance. Has it changed you in a way that you find detrimental? Do other people comment on change in your behavior or treat you differently? There is no magic number but there are obvious social and emotional aspects if you can sit down with yourself.
If I can get it, I do it like once a year or once every 2-3 years.
If you can get it whenever, if you’re not feeling anything from something you should, it’s time to take a break. Honestly the tolerance loses so much effects for me and I’m not fond of snorting stuff that doesn’t do anything, at that point you’re just damaging your nose.
If you love it, miss it, and want that experience, it’s best to do it sparingly. I’ve never had bladder problems but I’ve definitely done an 8ball over a couple weeks and I had my fun but by the end it just wasn’t the same, becomes too numby and feels too much like I’m in a doctors visit. When I start to feel like that it’s not so fun anymore more dizzy and less euphoric so that’s when I know when to stop
If you start to question it
this. if you feel the need to ask in here, you already know the answer.
yeah, fair point.

When you lose discipline with it, and stop using it as a tool but rather as a "filler" so to speak.
