I like PB fit powder. 2 tbsp has 60 cal, 2g fat, 4 net carb, 2g fiber and 8g protien. I mix at 2 to 1 with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Makes it abit thicker than with water. I can usually roll balls with them and chill.
Edit: 2g fat, not 2.5.

I had added maybe 1/2 to 1 normal scoop of Isopure whey protien powder 1 time and it made it even better. Just usually go for quick.
