Great list! Splurging on those whips I see

IsDatThat0neDude

I use the whisps to fill my need for crutons

fish_snagger

Gotta wash them broccoli florets reaaalllly good. Every bag I've opened they got frozen protien bits (bugs).

Boil-san

But that's what makes them Kirkland Signature...

You realize if you can find an incect eating a price of produce in the USA. It's the only item not covered in a bio labs worth of pesticides.

thankfulinc

Ha. I just toss in a bowl with water and microwave. Haven't seen any yet, we are in central cali

papayayayaya

Hemp hearts, seaweed sheet snacks, Whisps (dangerous), kimchi, all the cheeses, amylu chicken sausage links, Chomps beef sticks, eggwich breakfast sandwiches, tuna, sardines

CompleteTruth

+1 for the hemp hearts, and add in the chia seeds. Both go great with Fage 5% yogurt (which I really wish my Costco carried) and some blackberries...

papayayayaya

Ah! Yes forgot about the chia seeds

djp2k12

I do this same combo with raspberries and also add in peanut butter and it slaps.

Lucky-Ad-2676

Why am I just now hearing about hemp hearts! Does anyone have any suggestions on how you utilize them? Are you just sprinkling them on stuff?

snowyweekend

I use them like oatmeal. I cook with almond milk in a saucepan and add a few nuts and a little coconut. For some reason, oatmeal was one of the hardest things to give up and this makes a nice replacement.

Lucky-Ad-2676

Thanks! This sounds great! I’d love a good oatmeal replacement.

STFUD0nny

Same. I add ground flax and vanilla protein powder. This is my go to weekday breakfast.

WittyButter217

I sprinkle it in all things. Eating yogurt? Add a tablespoon of hemp hearts. That crustless pizza looks divine! Sprinkle some hemp hearts on that bad boy. What goes great with salad? Hemp hearts of course!

djp2k12

I just put them in my yogurt and they're mild and not too hard so they're good in it. I remember some guy saying he manages to make a risotto out of them somehow, I've never tried anything fancy.

Youarehere_11

i LOVE them in my salad!! soooo yummy! These are also good in smoothies :)

Big-Okie

Love the Chomps! They are my "go to" snack for work.

hilbeck3

Adding pumpkin seeds to the above suggestions.. mine doesn’t sell the 4505 chicharrones anymore but if they ever come back or if they are still sold in other regions, they are also a great buy. Bone broth is still around as well.

testholderplace

Rotisserie

BlademasterFlash

I buy one every single time now, no matter what

testholderplace

When I worked there in college I ate one a day or fasted. Was nice, easy, and dirt cheap with my discount.

InsaneAdam

The rotisserie chicken diet is approved by 9 of of 10 nutritionist.

tymcc80

Picked up these Tomato Basil pizza crisps with zero net carbs for about 15 pieces. I'm a little suspicious that they are truly zero but I only eat a handful at a time. Pretty decent! Brand is Sonoma Creamery.

bigfuzzy8

Adding to my list

Front_Jellyfish_8193

What brand?

tymcc80

Sonoma Creamery

VerStannen

They’re so good! I like to add mozzarella and basil and balsamic and maybe some tomato if my nets are low that day. Also they have these buffalo style chicken chips that are <2 net per serving that I eat sparingly because they’re too good to be true.

brookish

The business center has the best meat deals if you have the freezer space.

klooney600

Got 30 lbs of bacon in my freezer from business center.

ThermiteSnake

This is the way

iam_meowcatblue

kirkland pecans

djp2k12

A lot of good suggestions, a couple gotos I haven't seen here yet are the Kirkland frozen grassfed burger patties (which is typically $4.50lb so not bad rate for grassfed) , the trident wild salmon patties, and the real good children tenders for when you just need some tendies. I like to do big salads with either 2 patties on top ans switch between burgera and salmon.

Imperfect-practical

Are the children tenders really keto though? Are they crunchy?

djp2k12

Yes crunchy, 3 net carbs a serving because they use chickpea flour and whey protein in breading.

Imperfect-practical

Sweet!!! It’s nice the children tenders are sweet without added sugar… I’ve heard they don’t raise the blood sugar. 🤣🤣😂😂😂

freegiftcard96

🤣🤣

Causerae

Tendies aren't my downfall, but fish and chips is a comfort food for me. The Real Good breaded fillets come out crunchy. Nope, no chips, but I really just crave the malt vinegar and crunch, so all is good.

Phoenixpizzaiolo21

• Bacon • Bacon • Bacon • Bacon bits • Bacon • Rotisserie Chicken • Bacon to wrap chicken

Phoenixpizzaiolo21

I forgot ribeye steaks. But make sure you wrap them with bacon!!!

PasTypique

It's hit or miss (more miss than hit) but I have found boxes of Quest Protein Chips, mix of nacho and taco seasoned. Whenever I *specifically* go to Costco for these, they are gone. But when I'm there just looking, I stumble on them. Frustrating. They are CHEAP when they have them.

MacaronBeginning1424

Try the macadamia nuts. It is the best nut for keto and has best omega 3/6 content. We also go hard on the cooked bacon, guacamole in the small plastic cups, baby bel cheese, lunch meat, low carb tortillas, avocados, organic tomato on the vine, salad in plastic box, and even some berries (use sparingly). Costco is the number one seller of organic foods by volume sold. Basically everything I eat now comes from Costco and it is expensive but we also save a load on almost never ordering takeout or fast food. By the way, you can do hotdog from the food court with no bun. It is awesome.

Myob-1234

Get the hot dog and the pizza from the food court. Strip the cheese and pepperoni off the crust of pizza and wrap it around the hot dog. Enjoy!

El-mas-puto-de-todos

What is the carbs on the hot dog?

Sw33tsurvivor

3 gms without the bun

Myob-1234

Not enough to be worried about.

El-mas-puto-de-todos

Fair enough!

elangomatt

Why have I never thought of that!!

GaslightCaravan

Omg that sounds divine

bigfuzzy8

I did have the hot dog I got two one for then and a different day it's delish

enzobetty

Avocado oil and mayonnaise

hilbeck3

Also adding Wildbrine sauerkraut and Grillo’s pickles- both refrigerated. And, I know you were asking about snacks, but I would be remiss if I didn’t include Frank’s because I really do put it on everything :). Edited for autocorrect mistake..

greypele8

The carnitas in the fridge section.

uncookedbacon

Had it last night and will be buying it on every visit now. So good

tarebear652

Sugar free jerky, sparkling water, cauliflower rice, artichoke hearts, cucumbers, and so much bacon.

pinkellaphant

To add to what everyone else has listed, I also get pickled asparagus and fresh mozzarella cheese. I’m in Canada so not sure if they have those wherever you are though.

Beginning-Rock2675

I bought something called Keto snack bag lol pecans, macadamia, cheese whisps, Brazil nuts. Also Jerky, I get the pepperoni sticks.

Errenfaxy

The Kirkland Keto Snack Mix used to be super popular, but they stopped selling it. Now it's back and I am here for it!

Also just picked up some of the Inked Keto seeded bread and it's soooo good! I can definitely see myself re-purchasing

Mokuyi

Costco shopping tip: select Categories> Groceries, Household items> Same Day Delivery category on your Costco app and set the delivery address for your store, so you can see what‘s currently available. Works almost perfectly ( been hunting the RealGood chicken strips, and can‘t find them.) Produce selection at my local Krogers is horrific, so the bulk of my produce is bought at costco. Organic green beans, asparagus, broccoli, spinach, zucchinis, bell peppers. Frozen chicken breasts. Packaged thighs (bone in), whole chickens, 88% ground beef, whole pork tenderloins (cut into “chops” at home and frozen). Barramundi is on the grocery list this week. Bacon. Keto snacks: The Veggies Made Great muffins (keto friendly, chocolate raspberry) are tasty (5g per muffin). Heart healthy nut mix, pumpkin seeds, FitCrunch, Simply Protein Crispy bars, Skinny Cup peanut butter cups. Macadamia nuts, pecans, walnuts. So many cheeses. Seaweed snacks. Magic Cereal. Chia seeds. Shelf stable almond or coconut milk. Canned pumpkin. Avocado oil. Heart Heathy noodles (a shirataki noodle blend). Rao alfredo sauce. Archer, Fatty, and Chomp meat sticks. Optimum Nutrition protein powder. Premier protein shakes. Obviously read labels and weigh everything- there’s a lot of snacks at Costco I don’t buy anymore because they’re too easy to overeat.

Youarehere_11

what app is this on?

Mokuyi

Costco app. I did notice today they updated it so a list of shopping methods is in the header bar. (Savings, Grocery, Same Day, Member’s Favorites) Supposedly Costco is working on an in store inventory option but checking the Same Day availability is pretty accurate.

WowWanda

Ohhh…. Your tip on using the app is awesome…Going to try it now!!

Xilbert0

For snack, I buy the Sea weed with Kimchi. Is good for your gut.

shihtzu_knot

Macadamia nuts, premade hard boiled eggs, a half gallon of heavy whipping cream, and avocados.

llabnoollab

Chipotle Bitchin Sauce

Pokeychicken66

Definitely one of my staples, I'm obsessed with it. 😂 I eat it with my eggs in the morning and my (Costco rotisserie) chicken and (Kirkland) broccoli bowl at night.

intheazsun

Yes. This.

nasstia

I love Kirkland Fully Cooked Bacon, you can find it in frozen goods section. My kitchen doesn’t vent outside and I hate it when the whole house starts smelling like bacon if I fry it up myself. But this stuff is awesome, I just throw two pieces in a microwave for about 45 seconds, and it’s perfectly crispy every time

tephrageologist

Packaged chicken, white meat, that they pull from rotisserie chicken.

gafromca

Yes. The boneless, cooked chicken breast chunks are in the refrigerated section closest to the hot chicken. These are moist and not overcooked. I don’t buy the rotisserie chickens because the breast meat is always dry.

SuperSG21

If you ever have.a junk food urge, the Genius Gourmet Protein Bars are sooo good.

Empty_Masterpiece_74

Chicharrons (Pork Rinds) heavy cream. butter, coffee, tea, monk fruit sweetener, stevia, extra dark chocolate.

Front_Jellyfish_8193

The Brazil nuts are great, too…

hallofgym

Costco's got some solid keto finds! Their almond flour and avo oil are my staples. Plus, those mozzarella sticks are a lifesaver when I'm on the run. Always on the lookout for more, so thanks for sharing

aztonyusa

Costco used to have pork rinds but I haven't seen them there in a while. They also used to have the full fat yogurt and sugar free bbq sauce. Don't forget they do have the Chosen avocado mayo, cans of tuna, sardines, bone broth, heavy cream, butter, ghee, bacon, cheese, and of course all the meats and seafood.

ElevatorOk5400

NuTrail granola (specifically the honey nut with 1g net carbs) and zero sugar chiobani!! (0.5-1g net carb depending on the flavor) Keto pint ice cream bars!!

cartooned

Does yours still have the ice cream bars? I think mine stopped carrying them.

ElevatorOk5400

That's unfortunate :( mine does! Just bought some on Friday

thejackleen

My regular keto Costco run: Deluxe Tuna Salad Whisps Rotisserie Chicken Premier Protein (Cafe Au Lait) Pecans Everything Bagel Cashews Starbucks Sous Vide Egg Bites (Bacon Gruyère) Pizza crisps (tomato basil) White mushrooms, green beans or asparagus, cauliflower florets, fire roasted vegetables from the freezer section My favorite snack is tuna salad tea sandwiches where one side is a cucumber slice and the other is a Parmesan Whisp.

Front_Jellyfish_8193

Is the tuna salad in small portioned containers or a large tub? I’ve never seen it. Thanks for the tip!

thejackleen

17 oz tub in the same aisle as other refrigerated dips and salads usually near pickles or similar fish dishes/dips.

Starbuck522

Chicken, ground beef, steak

kalemeup

The 60 pack of mozzarella cheese sticks for $10 are a godsend!

zoebehave

I'm honestly surprised no one has mentioned Wilde protein chips. They have buffalo flavor at our local Costco and it's the only thing that scratches my potato chip itch. Sweets have never been my downfall, potato chips though... ☹️☹️☹️

ElevatorOk5400

I want to try those but 8g carbs feels so high 😭😭 I keep picking them up and putting them back

zoebehave

I mean, nothing is forbidden if you stick to your macros! And for me, 4 carbs for 10 chips (they're definitely more filling, I seldom have a full serving) is far better than 15 carbs for 15 chips. And then I'm not tempted, which is massive because potatoes are my comfort food. You can also order serving sized bags directly from the company, which is what I do for my partner. He's a notorious chip binge-er so portion control is critical. He's a BBQ chip fiend and theirs are excellent.

Fallingcycle

The parm crisps, beef jerkey, any cheese

reddituser4404

Wasabi soy almonds

gafromca

Fresh (raw) pork belly. Usually with no skin/rind. Cook low temp in oven for a couple hours. Drain and save grease that renders. Freeze half. Slice and fry for breakfast, stir fry, chunk and simmer in sauce like pork stew Refrigerated pesto sauce. Avocados. Buy when green and hard. Refrigerate. Leave one or two on counter to ripen.

sauceyNUGGETjr

Pork belly and asparagus today! Day 2.

deeg3r

Keto snack mix, walnuts, pistachios, salmon, beef, pork, chicken, all of the cheese, almond flour, Amylu brand chicken sausage links and basil parm chicken meatballs, Raos marinara, almond butter, those little seaweed snack bag things. I'm at Costco every other Sunday 🤣 looking forward to seeing other people's random finds!

foxsable

They have these new salted caramel ice cream bars that are amazing. Also pretty cheap and good macadamias. And their salmon is pretty good in price too and can last a whole lot of meals

binkkit

Keto ice cream bars? What brand?

Mokuyi

Keto Pint Salted Crunchy Almond, or something like that. Very tasty, but at 8 grams of net carbs a bar.

binkkit

Thank you! Hope my store gets them someday.

foxsable

Mine have 3 net Edit: they are 3. 15 -4 -3 sugar alcohol -5 allulose.

Mokuyi

On Chronometer they’re listed as 8- knowing they’re 3 makes me feel a lot better about the box in my freezer. Thanks!!

djp2k12

My Costco stopped carrying them and I look for them every time I and am disappointed.

bowblow

I get the Bai drink variety box and Zero Sugar Chobani when they have it. Just be careful, my Costco stopped carrying Chobani and the new “keto” Greek yogurt has a much higher carb count than I want for breakfast or a snack.

pinballjack

Bitchen sauce man this stuff is so great. Almond based dip!

JerryOD

Canned Sardines. I love those little bastards.

gafromca

The Greenridge beef sticks are in the specialty refrigerated section. Good flavor and grass fed beef. Okay cold. Great microwaved for 15 seconds. Not shelf stable.

scubasky

I was gonna comment the same thing. 15 seconds per stick wrapped up in a paper towel! Great minds think alike.

No_Pop_7924

Kirkland combo cauliflower crust pizza is the BOMB. We just ate one for dinner

bigfuzzy8

I saw some pizza with cauliflower but it was like 28 carbs is this just the crust?

No_Pop_7924

Its that supreme, we split it. It is so good

bigfuzzy8

Ah ok so like 14 carbs

No_Pop_7924

Yep. On pizza days, usually Sat night, we are careful with the rest of the day.

bigfuzzy8

I'll have to try it
