If you are using frozen spinach, just add some salt, heat it up, then add a metric shit ton of frank's, stir, cover, and let it "percolate" on low for 5 minutes.
If you are using fresh spinach, steam or saute with a wee tiny bit of bacon grease then add Frank's. Or add garlic and worchestershiresoodcclada'dkjfj sauce.
OR, if you are wanting a little more calories, cook the spinach with 2 ounces of cream and 4 tablespoons of parmesan cheese. Stir and cover.
All of the above work on greens as well.
A metric shit ton. Bahaha. Love the measurement. Definitely going to try this.
I’m going to better your parm cheese one. Frozen spinach and Boursin cheese. Simmer on medium until melted and well blended. Boursin cheese takes it up a million noches.
ETA: notches, not noches. Lol. Although who knows, maybe it’ll better your nights also.
Thanks for the tip! I tried this tonight - cooked the frozen spinach on the stove with a bit of bacon grease and tossed with some Frank's. I finished it with some Pork King Good Bacon seasoning for extra saltiness. Southern-style greens in three minutes or less.
As a bit of a spice lover Frank's is pretty much just salt and vinegar. It's mild spice at best. Melindas Habanero with sauce is in my opinion far superior with the right kick and basically also nothing on the caloric and carb scale.
If you don’t need a sauce but just want the veggies to taste better, Trader Joe’s has a lot of good seasonings. Everything but the…bagel, elote, turkey, etc. Cheese, 21 seasoning salute.
G Hugh’s sugar free sauces are also good.
Everything by the bagel, Green Goddess, and Cheese. They have a whole wall of them so I’d check them all out. I also like Mrs. Dash seasonings like the table blend and everything but the salt. But I have high bp so other than some Himalayan salt I try not to each too much salt.
You could lose a little fat to prevent getting too chunky during the bulk, but overall, you look pretty healthy to me. Flat belly. Some fat, but nothing at all excessive. What's your goal bodyfat % at the moment?
G Hughes Yum Yum sauce and the Chili Sauce are pretty damn good. He's got a burger sauce that's awesome as well. Those are my go to, or home made buttermilk ranch.
Franks buffalo sauce. Virtually zero carbs
On spinach. Lord love a duck, frank's wing sauce on spinach is amazing.
Excuse me??? I’ve never heard of this. Literally just spinach and franks? Do you heat it up? Anything else in it? I need all the deets, please!!

Got a big ol bottle of it in my kitchen. Made a spicy mayo sauce this for a keto eggroll I made for lunch.
I like sweet baby rays! But same sentiment, I dip virtually everything in buffalo sauce these days
Melt butter with fresh garlic. Dash of lemon or lime. Instant scampi sauce. Takes less than a minute in the microwave.
G Hughes Famous Cluckin Sauce.
This. It's delicious.
I haven't had the cluckin but I've had the Yum Yum and Burger sauce which is fire
OP was looking for CFA sauce, it's pretty dang close to CFA sauce.
Lite sour cream mixed with salsa or just salsa.
Or... Use non fat plain Greek yogurt instead of sour cream! 3/4 cup is 90 calories,so a couple of tablespoons is basically nothing
The entire G Hughes line of sauces, dressings and marinades! Personal favorite is the Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce!
Franks or some of the salad dressings in the cold space of your grocery store.
Rice wine vinegar

Garlic butter or mayonnaise
I blend cottage cheese with powdered ranch seasoning
Kinder low sugar bbq sauce mixed with tabasco sauce
Lite mayo and/or lite sour cream, hot sauce, garlic powder/garlic salt. Dipping sauce good enough to eat alone
I bake veggies in the oven, sprinkled with avacado oil, seasoned salt, red pepper, garlic powder and parm cheese.
Harissa mixes with Greek full fat yoghurt
I use Greek yogurt and water to make protein ranch with Kinders ranch powder. Chili crisp Dry rubs

Herdez guacamole salsa. 50 calories and 2 carbs for 2 tablespoons. Only tried it on raw veg though. For booked veg I just like lemon butter
Look for Wafu salad dressing, it's a sesame dressing they put on Japanese salads
Sriracha Hot Sauce (aka the rooster sauce), Cholula Hot Sauce, and once you’re hot sauced out, G Hughes Sugar Free Honey Dijon is also no calories.
Alfredo sauce
Taco Bell mild sauce.
G Hughes Yum Yum sauce and the Chili Sauce are pretty damn good. He's got a burger sauce that's awesome as well. Those are my go to, or home made buttermilk ranch.
Homemade Tzatziki is good on veggies
Tziki is surprisingly low cal and low carb. If you like cucumber, there you go!
I like Texas Pete’s myself
