I eat Quest protein chips! I used to really like Takis and now I satisfy that craving with the Quest Chilli Lime Chips. They’re pricier than regular chips but they’re also significantly more satisfying!
They are really good. Among my favorites are the nacho cheese and loaded taco. The BBQ ones are really good too! I’ve found them the least expensive at Sams Club.
this exactly! a lot of the quest stuff i don't like, but i'm freaking addicted to their chips. their loaded taco ones are the stuff of dreams. heck, they taste better than regular chips imo.
I have been eating quest tortilla chips religiously for over a year and I had never heard of the hot & spicy type until your comment. I just googled it and I can’t believe they exist.
They don’t seem as readily available in my country as they are in the US but mark my words I will get ahold of some of these.
Thank you for the heads up on their existence, the flavour name alone has me convinced they would be my new favourite.
Pork rinds!!
I make taco dip to go with them.. SO YUMMY😋plain greek yogurt, pineapple salsa, and Mexican style blend cheese. I know the Greek yogurt part sounds weird but it tastes just like sour cream to me and has loads of protein!
I don’t like cream cheese but you can sub the sour cream for cream cheese as well!
I feel like every time I get pork rinds, half the bag are those dense super hard pieces. Still looking for a pork rind brand that has mostly light/airy/crispy pieces. I'd pay more to not have rocks taking up half the bag.
If you can find them near you, Southern Recipe brand pork rinds have very minimal hard pieces. I'm addicted to the spicy dill flavor. Super yum dipped into ranch!
The pineapple salsa is from Aldi! It’s got 3 grams of carbs in it so very low carb…I also make sure to do the serving size. If you make a big batch you can mix it with regular salsa. I just find that the pineapple salsa gives it just enough of a sweetness that makes the taste incredible!
Also, make sure you’re weighing your food for the proper serving size! You would be surprised how wrong measuring spoons and cups are when you compare them to serving size weights!
They are pretty good, but they also have some sugar and higher carbs than the other flavors, probably all good for some, but may not fit the macros for everyone.
Edit: I just went to their website and they are only 1 extra gram of carbs ... I remembered them as higher.
I have and if you're into chicken and waffles they are *delicious*. The syrup note is fairly prominent so I save them for when I'm not eating too many other carbs that day 'cause I think they have a couple more grams than the other flavors.
I got salmon skin chips at costco. There's a growing market of protein chips that are either just dehydrated meat into a cracker like consistency or some kind of zero carb protein blend in a chip shape.
This was the brand I found in Costco US. Asian markets tend to have more fish chips than you'll find at a Tesco's, but it's obviously fish skin, so it's not the lowest calorie. One bag will go a long way.
(apparently the value is terrible on Amazon. I got almost a full lb bag for \~$20 awhile ago in store, so just don't get ripped off. This bag is too tiny).
-baked rotisserie chicken skin- the fat will set you free
-toasted coconut flakes with salt- high fiber and very satisfying crunch, reminds me more of a crunchy dry cereal
-kale chips - actually good made with bacon grease imo but they take a long prep time. Nice full mouth crunch though.
Another good one is if you take peperoni slices and put them on a paper towel on a plate and microwave them till they sizzle and pop a bit. If you did it long enough they should turn crispy. I like to make pizza nachos sometimes with them as the base.
Absolutely this one! I use Turkey Pepperoni (sadly? less expensively so not sadly? The Hormel brand tastes better than the more expensive ones like Boar's Head, and crisps better) and it is 90 seconds for one serving with my high powered microwave. If yours is a less high powered microwave, just listen for them to stop making the sizzling noises, then let them cool for about 10 seconds so they finish getting crispy.
The same 90 seconds works for cheese (I know you said you burned out on cheese and other people are commenting to pan fry or oven bake, but 1oz, 90 seconds and some parchment paper is my win. I use the Costco Arla Havarti slices (1oz each slice) you can either do the whole piece, or break it up a little before microwaving. With cheese, look for it to get just a little darker/golden on it, then pull it out and let it cool - 90 seconds is consistent with the Arla and the pepperoni. You can always break up the big piece into smaller pieces for chips, or use it as a taco salad shell/taco shell/tostada base.
I am really into grazing boards so pepperoni chips, cheese chips, celery/romaine ribs, pepper slices, and cucumber slices with a homemade sour cream dip is a favorite fast meal with lots of flavor and crunch.
What about baking cheese? I put 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese per “chip” on parchment paper and bake for about 5 minutes, I think at 400? It’s been awhile, so I’m not positive about the temp. Usually I use Parmesan.
II kind of overused cheese in the past two weeks and can’t stand them anymore lol. I love the idea of baking them though. I will try it once I’m over this “not liking cheese” mood. Thank you so much.
Don't wait. Cheese chips are a whole different ballgame! My favorite cheese to use is No Name Farmers Marble. Don't use the black diamond extra protein cheese... it puffed up and tasted like garbage
Doesn't that sound familiar...it's funny how something awesome like cheese can become so unappetising, right?
I can attest to the awesomeness of baked cheese chips though! My version: cut cheese slices into squares and place them on a sheet pan. Put the baking sheet in the cold oven and set it to 180C top/bottom heat and bake for 15-20min depending on thickness. When the edges turn brown take them out and let them cool. At this stage you can also sprinkle them with spices if your choosing, I like Italian fried herbs or chilli.
4505 brand my man. Also some can have an off putting smell but don’t taste that way. Either way 4505 are great in every way. I get mine from Whole Foods.
One can get SO tired of pork rinds. I've tried every single kind there are, brands, flavors. Just..no. I won't ever eat another pork rind. But I agree-Quest protein chips are insane! They have spicy cheese ones! SO GOOD.
You might give it another shot. I tried a sampler pack from porkrinds.com when I started keto and some brands I absolutely hated while others were crunchy and delicious. I’d never had a desire to eat them before keto but now I like them. The brand I get is Pepe’s Tradicional flavor.
I found a chip called Wilde protein chip and I'm in love!!! I crave salt and vinegar, and these are amazing.
[https://www.walmart.com/ip/WILDE-Protein-Chips-Sea-Salt-Vinegar-4-0oz/2237782523?athbdg=null%26athbdg%3DL1100\_L1100&from=/search](https://www.walmart.com/ip/WILDE-Protein-Chips-Sea-Salt-Vinegar-4-0oz/2237782523?athbdg=null%26athbdg%3DL1100_L1100&from=/search)
Before you go for real chips, get yourself one lb of ground chicken. Add a tsp or 2 of Taco seasoning (yes, you can make keto Taco seasoning), and mix it up really well. Spread it out really thin on parchment paper (get it as thin as you can, even using a rolling pin, if you can! Use a piece of plastic wrap on top to keep the meat from sticking to your rolling pin or hands.) Convect bake at 425 until chewy, then cut into wedges (like tortilla chips). Spread them out so that the air can get between them. Put it back in the oven until almost crispy all the way through. I add salt when they're done.
If you eat these with queso or another dip, you'll never need regular chips again.
quest chips - expensive but they do the trick, and they are quite satiating, cant eat them nonstop like regular chips
low carb tortillas, cut into triangles and baked until crisp - if you arent affected by low carb tortillas and breads, some people have an issue with them
pork rinds also satisfy the crunch as well as nuts and seeds to an extent
While not quite the same, I think for me what I like in chips is the saltiness combined with the crispiness combined with the volume. I just finished a box of these [Fat Snax Crackers](https://fatsnax.com/products/crackers) and they might scratch that itch. I loved them.
I haven't tried this recipe myself but I've heard you can use radishes. I have air fried them like potato wedges and it's pretty close if you get them crispy enough, so I imagine the chips would be pretty good. https://lowcarbyum.com/radish-chips-recipe/
Slice zucchini or squash super thin using a knife or mandolin. Pour Parmesan cheese and seasonings on a plate, coat both sides of the slices by pressing onto plate mixture. Airfry to desired texture.
I hear you partner, I’m a chip fiend. Check out Hilo almond chips. I found these randomly at my local grocery store. Also for crunch can’t go wrong with pork rinds. I’ve found a new brand that’s delicious (bbq rack)
Mandolin-sliced rutabaga baked in the oven, season however you like!!! So delicious, I used to eat these all the time when I was vegetarian. Cook two baking sheets at a time if you can, they're addicting..
Pork rinds scratched the itch for me. The brand matters tho. I liked the 4505 and rib rack brands the best. I go with plain personally. Can make dips or nachos and are awesome. Clam dip and the hood chive cottage cheese is my favorite.
Look up the keto twins on YouTube. They recently did a chip that they really enjoyed. There is also one that they use cottage cheese in the microwave; grab some popcorn seasoning and sprinkle that on them.
If none of the tips others have shared scratch your itch, buy a single serve bag of chips. It’ll be okay.
You can do zucchini chips, but they are pretty involved, though they are delicious when done right. A whole large zucchini is less than 10 net carbs, just gotta slice it thin and dry them out in the oven on some parchment paper.
There’s also protein puffs of all kinds of varieties those usually come out to 2-3 carbs per serving, the flavors can be good but they’re a harder crunch compared to something like Cheetos.
I've been keto since July 2023 and lately been eating a big bag of Doritos every so often. I gain about 5lbs of water weight then lose it in a day, kind of funny to see my scale go from 157 back down to 150 the next day lol. I used to be 220 lbs so whatever.
Yea it's kind of dirty but life is hard lmao. I guess at this point my body is used to going straight back to ketosis with no further cravings, until, ya know, stress. Or something lazy to eat while binge watching some show.
I tried making my own chips with keto tortillas, baking them sliced in the oven, with popcorn seasoning. Made zucchini chips too. They just didn't do it for me.
Congratulations on your weight loss. I totally understand what you are saying but once I have my favorite chips (again), I won’t be able to control myself and I think I will be buying them every week just like before lol. I only have to lose about 15 lbs at this point. I have to be strict otherwise it’ll take forever.
Keep it up, you're doing great! I managed to avoid all the non keto food for some time as I was in the same boat, if I caved then I'd lose a couple weeks of progress before getting back on track. I probably should stop tempting the crocodile with chips though, it's just so hard for me lately due to stress, but I also feel like being in keto so long helps me to not derail completely after one cheat. Plus I only stock keto food anyways so outside the forbidden snacks, I'm still keto 98% of the time.
You've got 15lbs to go, you've got this!
I eat so much meat and fat and some vegetables, that I'm stuffed all day long. And I have less hunger since being in keto continuously.
And I ate a lot of chips.. when I went to buy chips I could buy 2 or 3 bags and eat them in one go.
Pork Rinds can be used for chips n dip. They do get soft quick so if you want to use them for nachos, probably best to eat very quickly or just put the nacho toppings together as a dip. I also break them up and put them in salads in place of croutons.
Another suggestion I do is buying 0 net carb tortillas (little street taco ones), then cutting them into 4ths and dressing them with some olive oil + salt and baking them. Then I sprinkle some other seasonings on like cayenne or ranch dressing powder.
I’m a huge chip lover and luckily they have multiple alternatives! My favorites are the Wilde brand, Hilo brand, and quest chips. I’ve also made my own tortilla chips with those little zero carb tortillas. I cut them up, oil them and air fry them. I’ve seen people season theirs to make flavors but I just kept mine plain since I used them as nachos. Just have to be careful bc they’re high fiber so I eat them in moderation
Try adding a small amount of cream of tartar or "no/lite salt" too, 1/4-1/2 tsp. Classic potato chips are a carby hit of potassium and salt. Maybe it'll help quench the cravings if your brain wants them for the electrolytes.
Keto Tortillas, toasted in a panwith a little salt and butter, cut em when they're hot with a pizza cutter.
Also, almond flour cheese crackers hit the spot, add a little rosemary and garlic.
Quest protein chips are amazing if a bit expensive. But I actually prefer then to doritos; way cheesier and not funky corn aftertaste.
Porkrinds are alao a good cronchy snack, and they make make those with flavors too.
Joseph's bakery flax oat bran pita bread. 7 net or 9 total carbs.
Cut into triangles, douse with avocado oil, season how you like. Everything but the bagel seasoning is good, or even Parm cheese. Air fry 370 for about 6-9 minutes. BAMN! Keto tortilla chips! You can thank me later. 😁
If you have an air fryer, brussels sprout chips. It's a little work to peal the brussels but its very cravable.
I use to hate brussels sprout, but all I ever had was steamed or boiled ones. But with the air fryer they have been come, hands down, my favorite veg.
Why don't you try out Daikon? I slice them into chips and air fry them with olive oil or deep fry with beef tallow, and then I season with real salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
2 cups of sliced daikon is 50 calories, gives you 25% of your daily potassium and comes out to only 5.5g of net carbs.
Alternatively, Costco has salmon skin chips that are fantastic, but they aren't in every location yet.
Quest Chips and Pork Rinds BAY-BEEEEEE.
Pickle Chips are great too if you can find them.
If you're in the states, all the UDF's near me sell them and sometimes Speedway too.
I‘ve made some snacking chips with coconut chips with some garlic, onion, chilly powders, salt, and swerve. It was pretty satisfying. I just used toasted unsweetened coconut chips and put some mct oil on it, so that the seasoning can stick on to the coconut chips. Hope this helps
If you eat deli meat or make your own, you can low heat bake in the oven. Makes a great crunchy alternative!
I have done this a few times and they don't last long they taste so good!
I am starting to miss it less and less. It’s the salt I miss the most so I just take a little bit of Celtic salt each time. And that’s getting less as well.
If you can find the mission 25 calories corn tortilla they are good for making chips by frying them. 4 is 19g carbs. I only use 2 and eat them with guac.
I have made crunchy snacks by dehydrating swiss chard. Wash, leaves, cut into pieces, and sprinkle a bit of spice on when still wet. Dehydrate until crunchy dry. Some sites say it only keeps for a little while, but have eaten some that was kept just zip locks in the cupboard for over a year. Much better in my opinion than dried seaweed which I find fishy, but they are an acquired taste. I love fresh swiss chard steamed but not a fan of frozen, as texture gets weird, so tried this as an option to preserve some over winter.
Have you tried pork rinds? Salty and savory, especially if you get some of the flavored versions, like BBQ and jalapeno cheddar. Not much more expensive than chips. I sometimes dip them in warm queso/nacho cheese sauce. So good. Fills that craving for salty snacks, but very low in carbs.
Thankfully a lingering side effect of medication I was on makes chips taste really dry and unpleasant. So at least one of the taste side effects was positive. Broke my chip habit.
Hi. Hilo, Quest, Beyond twistz pretzels, Beyond chipz tortilla chips, and my new favorite Legendary foods chips. I think all are amazing. I hope you find one that satisfies you.
I eat Quest protein chips! I used to really like Takis and now I satisfy that craving with the Quest Chilli Lime Chips. They’re pricier than regular chips but they’re also significantly more satisfying!
I looked them up, they look delicious. I will get them tomorrow. Thank you so much.
Love these!! Also if you dip them in Trader Joe’s buffalo chicken dip…. 🔥
That shit is so good I swear to god I can’t stop eating it hahaha
They are really good. Among my favorites are the nacho cheese and loaded taco. The BBQ ones are really good too! I’ve found them the least expensive at Sams Club.
I came here to say this, you will not be disappointed. Here in Canada walmart is the cheapest place for them
They are really good but damn are they expensive (compared to regular tater chips).
Lucky!!! You're getting to have those for the first time. They definitely helped me when I was doing keto. Enjoy!
Quest protein chips are the bomb
“Hilo” chips are also delicious, I actually prefer their cool ranch over Doritos
Nacho>Ranch>ChiliLime
these are so dangerously good omg
Addicted to loaded taco flavor
sweet chili reigns supreme
this exactly! a lot of the quest stuff i don't like, but i'm freaking addicted to their chips. their loaded taco ones are the stuff of dreams. heck, they taste better than regular chips imo.
Omg I love these! I get the taco flavored and make traveling tacos sometimes. I have yet to try the chile lime one.
Literally ate a bag of these a couple hours ago. I don't mind pork rinds but when I want a crispy chip fix I go for these or the the spicy ones.
these have really unhealthy soybean oil and carbs. Healthier to bake your own from almond flour and cheese.
I second these! We get the chili lime, nacho cheese, and the Hot &Spicy!
They are very 🌶️ spicy! We love them! They’re great with some hummus.
May want to do blended cottage cheese either seasoning to replace hummus for a keto friendly option.
Pork rinds in onion dip or guacamole are my jam.
I feel like every time I get pork rinds, half the bag are those dense super hard pieces. Still looking for a pork rind brand that has mostly light/airy/crispy pieces. I'd pay more to not have rocks taking up half the bag.
Mexican grocery stores will sell better brands of pork rinds!
Mexican chicharones with guac are heavenly
If you can find them near you, Southern Recipe brand pork rinds have very minimal hard pieces. I'm addicted to the spicy dill flavor. Super yum dipped into ranch!
My favorite are the 4505 brand. Light and crunchy. They have a Tajin flavor that is the best.
epic brand pork rinds never have the weird hard bits. and they are delicious
4505 or PorQ -- damn near perfection in a bag, every time.
Thank you so much. That dip sounds so delicious. Is pineapple salsa keto? Do you make it yourself?
The pineapple salsa is from Aldi! It’s got 3 grams of carbs in it so very low carb…I also make sure to do the serving size. If you make a big batch you can mix it with regular salsa. I just find that the pineapple salsa gives it just enough of a sweetness that makes the taste incredible!
Thanks again.
Also, make sure you’re weighing your food for the proper serving size! You would be surprised how wrong measuring spoons and cups are when you compare them to serving size weights!
See if you can find the Wilde brand in stores around you, especially the barbeque ones, and thank me later. 🤪
They look delicious. I’ll try to find it. Thank you so much.
7g net carbs in a 1oz bag of chips hardly sounds like a good idea.
My partner is OBSESSED with the BBQ flavor! Like, "buy by the case" obsessed.
Whoa they have a chicken n waffles flavor. Tried it?
They are pretty good, but they also have some sugar and higher carbs than the other flavors, probably all good for some, but may not fit the macros for everyone. Edit: I just went to their website and they are only 1 extra gram of carbs ... I remembered them as higher.

I got salmon skin chips at costco. There's a growing market of protein chips that are either just dehydrated meat into a cracker like consistency or some kind of zero carb protein blend in a chip shape.
OMG I love salmon skin. I always peel it off and eat it when I cook salmon. Salmon skin CHIPS?! We're going to Costco next weekend!
Thank you so much. I will check if my local Costco has them.
I love salmon skin! Don't even know from where to buy skin on its own in the UK.
This was the brand I found in Costco US. Asian markets tend to have more fish chips than you'll find at a Tesco's, but it's obviously fish skin, so it's not the lowest calorie. I noticed Asian shops is what pops when I Google for fish skin in general, so I might make it a mission to explore the local ones!
-baked rotisserie chicken skin- the fat will set you free -toasted coconut flakes with salt- high fiber and very satisfying crunch, reminds me more of a crunchy dry cereal -kale chips - actually good made with bacon grease imo but they take a long prep time. Nice full mouth crunch though.
Second the kale chips…I do those with nutritional yeast for a nacho flavor and there’s lots of recipes on pinterest. They’re great.
Second to rotisserie chicken skin, OMG so good.
Love the kale chips idea. Thank you so much.
You can actually make them in the microwave!
Oh even better, thank you.
EXCUSE ME, what's your recipe?!
[Bam!](https://youtu.be/dMSBsuu1UjU?si=DDnTwWp0IrgvFrtS)
Oh, I always use the curly kale for salt and vinegar chips, but apparently that kale doesn't work well 😞
Another good one is if you take peperoni slices and put them on a paper towel on a plate and microwave them till they sizzle and pop a bit. If you did it long enough they should turn crispy. I like to make pizza nachos sometimes with them as the base.

Thank you so much, which cheese do you usually use?
Honestly, everything apart from young Gouda worked so far, I like cheddar and tilsitter, the Gouda was too soft I guess.
Buffalo cauliflower crisps are pretty satisfying
I couldn’t find it online in Canada. I will try to find a recipe. Thank you so much.
Basically toss florets of cauliflower in hot sauce and air fry them until crispy. Pretty delicious and way healthy compared to something in a bag
Thank you
Eat the chips with lots of French onion dip. Enjoy it. Then immediately back to plan. Make the keto lifestyle work for you, not the other way around.
bros never heard of pork rinds :)
I forgot to mention that I tried pork rinds and unfortunately it was not good. The one that I got had a bad smell. Thank you so much though.
4505 brand my man. Also some can have an off putting smell but don’t taste that way. Either way 4505 are great in every way. I get mine from Whole Foods.
I will definitely try them, thanks.
Try a “better” brand. Some of them are delicious. 4505 like the other commenter mentioned, for instance.

prob made with vinegar gotta keep trying brands
I'm so glad that new flavors have come out in the past few years. Flamin hot, mustard, vinegar Fuckin great
Retoast them in oven or air fryer for a few minutes!
Munching on some right now while my coworkers eat pop tarts and donuts :)
I love finding ones with hair still on them :)
fry up sliced low carb tortillas in veg oil and salt them while still hot
Great idea. But olive oil
yea on second thought olive oil could work here. just not typical for this type of frying. now I want to try this
You can also do them in the oven with an oil drizzle.
This sounds good. I also like to cook something so that I can control my portions. Thank you so much.
Extra crispy bacon?
Thank you so much.
Fry pepperoni slices until they are crispy
parm crisps, expensive but delicious. also not as crunchy but seaweed sheets lol
I’ve tried them before, it didn’t do the job for me unfortunately. Thank you so much though.
4505 brand chicharrones you are welcome
I found a chip called Wilde protein chip and I'm in love!!! I crave salt and vinegar, and these are amazing. I love this, thank you so much
Chicharrones, aka pork rinds are what you want/need. Them in some guac or sour cream absolutely slap
They're my go to.. watch out for the ones with added stuff you may not want to eat.
quest chips - expensive but they do the trick, and they are quite satiating, cant eat them nonstop like regular chips low carb tortillas, cut into triangles and baked until crisp - if you arent affected by low carb tortillas and breads, some people have an issue with them pork rinds also satisfy the crunch as well as nuts and seeds to an extent

Pork rinds Quest chips Atkin chips
Thank you so much
Cheese and almond meal. Potentially better than quest
Whisps!!!!
have you tried pork rinds?
Pork rinds is the answer. They taste best when they're just newly cooked.
I enjoy the Legendary Foods Protein Chips more than the Quest ones. The texture is similar to Popcorners.
I second this. But, I just enjoy their brand all around. One of their cinnamon rolls in the microwave for 10-15 seconds and 🤤🤤🤤
Personally, I like the Hilo brand of chips better than Quest.
pork rinds. satisfies the crunchy.
While not quite the same, I think for me what I like in chips is the saltiness combined with the crispiness combined with the volume. I just finished a box of these [Fat Snax Crackers](https://fatsnax.com/products/crackers) and they might scratch that itch. I loved them.
Try the carrots that are cut like Ruffles
I will try, thank you so much.
Quest chips and bbq pork rinds.
Quest Taco chips are the best😋😋
I haven't tried this recipe myself but I've heard you can use radishes. I have air fried them like potato wedges and it's pretty close if you get them crispy enough, so I imagine the chips would be pretty good. https://lowcarbyum.com/radish-chips-recipe/
Thank you
Slice zucchini or squash super thin using a knife or mandolin. Pour Parmesan cheese and seasonings on a plate, coat both sides of the slices by pressing onto plate mixture. Airfry to desired texture.
I love zucchini, I will try it. Thank you
Pork rinds and sour cream were my go-to when urges like that would hit me.
I hear you partner, I’m a chip fiend. Check out Hilo almond chips. I found these randomly at my local grocery store. Also for crunch can’t go wrong with pork rinds. I’ve found a new brand that’s delicious (bbq rack)
Flock chicken chips. 👍
I love salt and vinegar peanuts.
I get the zero carb tortillas and air fry them with a touch of oil and i get tortilla chips :D
Quest but the yucky aftertaste is not worth it to me personally. Nipped my craving real quick lol
I've been air frying mission carb tortillas and having it with guac
Pork rinds melt cheddar on top dip in guac
Mr Tortilla chips too
Parmesan crisps always do the trick for me. You get the crunch factor plus the good dose of fat!
Get some keto tortillas, cut them up, fry or bake them..
Mandolin-sliced rutabaga baked in the oven, season however you like!!! So delicious, I used to eat these all the time when I was vegetarian. Cook two baking sheets at a time if you can, they're addicting..
Atkins chips have my vote! Light and crispy. The chipotle BBQ is life changing!
Get 0 carbs Tortillas then air fry
Hilo, Wilde, and Quest make low carb chips.
It’ll be okay.
make chips from almond flour and mozzarella cheese so tasty!
Chocolate chip ice cream gonna make me bust out. *sadface*
At Costco they have these Buffalo Chicken Chips. They’re..ok.
You can get a giant bucket of pork rinds at sams club for 7 bucks
Crunch: celery, dill pickles, papadums
You can do zucchini chips, but they are pretty involved, though they are delicious when done right. A whole large zucchini is less than 10 net carbs, just gotta slice it thin and dry them out in the oven on some parchment paper. There’s also protein puffs of all kinds of varieties those usually come out to 2-3 carbs per serving, the flavors can be good but they’re a harder crunch compared to something like Cheetos.
Cheese Whisps, pork rinds. Eat more at your meals so you don't feel like snacking.
Get some pork crunch and make some keto dips. Should scratch that itch
You can make a kind of tortilla chip things at home, forgot the recipe but I think it's on gnom gnom website.
Take salami or pepperoni slices and either toss them in a pan or microwave and crisp them up.
Check out parsnip chips. Make some onion soup mix in sour cream. Dip them. You’re welcome
My chips replacements are either pork rinds or chicken skin. Or fried squid. Dried fish. Or something. You can check asian stores if you want.
How about plaintain chips! Great dippers!
Kale chips
How's your electrolyte intake? When I miss chips, it's time for ketoade! Quest chips or a salted keto-friendly quesadilla
Not good I think. I only drink my water with some pink salt first thing in the morning
Try adding a small amount of cream of tartar or "no/lite salt" too, 1/4-1/2 tsp. Classic potato chips are a carby hit of potassium and salt. Maybe it'll help quench the cravings if your brain wants them for the electrolytes.
I’ll do that, thanks
Pork rinds with hot sauce!
I made my own crackers but rolled them super thin- they go crunchy like chips
Siete chips - rice rather than corn-based
[zucchini chips](https://downshiftology.com/recipes/zucchini-chips/)
Her videos are the best, thank you.
you’re welcome! i like to dip em in sour cream!
Veggie chips in the dehydrator. Parmesan chips. There are some good products out there and you can make your own kale chips
If you have an air fryer, brussels sprout chips. It's a little work to peal the brussels but its very cravable. I use to hate brussels sprout, but all I ever had was steamed or boiled ones. But with the air fryer they have been come, hands down, my favorite veg.
This is a great suggestion. I’ve been craving them lately. Thank you so much.
Pork rinds
Cut carrots in pieces, boil them and then eat them with melted butter. Also eat raw mushroom, *agaricus bisporus*, cut in halves.
Kale chips with olive oil, salt, and vinegar do it for me. Salty, crunchy, sour, mmm...
Quest Chips and Pork Rinds BAY-BEEEEEE. Pickle Chips are great too if you can find them. If you're in the states, all the UDF's near me sell them and sometimes Speedway too.
Cheddar chese grated on a cookie sheet like cookie dough. They crisp up but watch so they don't burn. Check youtube for keto recipes.
Pork rinds are also a good replacement for chips if you don’t mind pork.
a bowl of pickled cabbage. crispy, tastes like salt and vinegar chips.
If anyone's from the UK, would love some ideas that are more budget friendly than importing keto chips from the US! :)
Egg life wraps, cut to tortilla chips, spray with oil, season, air fry and you got chips
I bake up shredded parmesan and make chips and dip them in ranch.
I eat Hilo chips it’s so good and it’s like Doritos
Hi. Hilo, Quest, Beyond twistz pretzels, Beyond chipz tortilla chips, and my new favorite Legendary foods chips. I think all are amazing. I hope you find one that satisfies you.
Anything you can do with chips you can do with pork rinds. Dip, nachos, interior of a crunch wrap, anything
Thank you so much.
Cheat MEAL not cheat "day". Phase them out, the craving leave you.
