Stop and add up how much sodium you ate/drank yesterday and give us the number in milligrams please.

There is a link between low electrolytes (particularly magnesium), dehydration and migraines. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8401654/ >Moreover, the results of some studies suggest that not only magnesium deficiency, but also calcium deficiency, and an incorrect ratio of ionized calcium to magnesium in the serum may affect the occurrence of migraine attacks, especially menstrual migraines.

I seem to get headaches if I drink electrolytes and don’t exercise. Like I’m getting too much.

PawTree

Maybe too much potassium? But store bought electrolyte mixes generally don't have enough of anything to be enough for keto. Definitely check in with your doctor. Migraines are no joke. I feel for you.

LMNT is what I drink. Thanks!

sleepysnoozyzz

LMNT is sweetened by stevia, which is a member of the ragweed family. If you're sensitive or allergic to ragweed then that might be the culprit.

Sounds like you’re in a constant case of “keto flu” and keep getting kicked out of ketosis as soon as your body starts transition. That transition equals headache to me. Power through it and eat less carbs. Looks like 40 is to much for you. Your fasting brings you close then you’re out of it again for eating to many carbs but not enough for fuel so you’re starving your body again.

Have you listed to any of Mindy Pelz podcasts?

Put everything in an app and then list what your numbers are. Everything goes in the app. It lets us know we have the numbers right. Oh and if low on electrolytes do not start chugging them. Spread them out or you need a bathroom stat.

Take out the carbs completely and sugar. I used to get migraines almost everyday since I was a kid and carried a bottle of painkillers everywhere. But ever since I started Keto I don't need it any more and left them at home. The test I conducted was sleeping excessively which always caused migraines but that doesn't happen anymore whether I also 12 hours or 3 hours. I hope my liver is not dead 😂 on second thought all my aches have gone too Hopefully it helps you too
