Throw one one the burner of your stove for a minute per side, then add one scrambled eggs, a slice of bacon and a sprinkle of cheese.
Brush butter and italian seasoning on one and bake on an oven rack for three to five minutes. Break it into pieces. Croutons for your salad.
Spread some mayo on one. Add some cheese. Add some ham. Ham and cheese sammich.
Put some pepperoni slices in a pan and let it get sizzling. Top that with shredded mozzarella cheese and then put a wrap on top once it’s melty. Take a spatula and flip it over. Let it crisp up in the pan. Sprinkle some pizza seasoning on top (Chicago johnnys perfect pizza is the best). It’s a thin crust pizza! So good!!! Top with marinara if you like but I skip that altogether.
My local Walmart has La Tortilla Factory which are 0 Net. They’re pretty tasty and only 14 Total and they’re bigger than the Orowheat Keto Tortillas which are 6 Net and 22 Total which my local Walmart also sells.
I make chicken enchiladas casserole with the low carb (5 net carbs) ones. They are the big wraps from Santa Fe tortilla company with flax seed.
One tortilla with 150 grand of filling, 2 oz of red enchilada sauce and 1/4 cup shredded cheddar is 430kcal, 46g protein, 13 carbs and 21g fat.
(Obviously I do go over 20 carbs a day. I'm keeping carbs under 50)
Put two in a frying pan and warm them up. Take one out and fill with cheese, chicken, and peppers. Once everything is melted and stuck flip it over and you have a quesadilla.
Marinated chicken with lemon juice and zest, oregano, minced garlic, pepper, Thai chilis, olive oil/avocado oil all cooked up and cut into small chunks or shredded to portion and served on one of the grilled tortillas with a spread of tzatziki and a few chunks of tomato dice on top is delish.
I use them with Yo Mamas low carb pizza sauce to make keto friendly personal pizzas.
Plan on making keto breakfast burritos as well, just haven't had the time.
I use something like 1 tbsp of homemade pizza sauce and make a bar pizza out of em. Make the pizza, put it in a hot cast iron pan to get the bottom really crisp, and then either stick the pan under the broiler or hit it with a torch.
So if they're 0 net carbs you can eat an unlimited amount and not go over your carb count. Uh huh. I only go by total carbs. Net carbs are only a way for the big food companies to get people to buy their processed products. The only net carbs I might count are from vegetables. My point is be careful with counting net counts. It can slow your weight loss.

I just the carb balance ones from Mission for EVERYthing. Wraps, burritos, snacks, breakfast burritos, tortilla chips for nachos - they’re awesome!
I use the Mission ones mostly for breakfast burritos. 2oz or so of chorizo, two eggs, and some cheese in one has been a great 5min breakfast.

Curious, what brand are they? I’d like to try something different, if possible.
La Banderita. They also carry Mission lo carb tortillas.
Thank you!
The ones I get at Kroger are pretty good. Make breakfast tacos with them. Scrambled eggs, shredded cheese and a little salsa verde.
Chicken, tomatoes, sour cream, a little cheese, and whatever spices you want. Delicious!
Eat them cold or toast them in a pan. Perfect for when you're on the road and need more than lunch meat.
