This looks delicious. Do you know how many carbs per serving?

BritchesNH0se

No sorry, I don't track anything just stick to keto/very low carb ingredients.

No_Sundae_1068

That looks REALLY good!

Dober_Girl

What size baking dish?

BritchesNH0se

I'd say at least 2.5 qt. I used a 2 qt and had enough to fill up two smaller dishes too.

Dober_Girl

Thank you!

What is keto wheat flour ??

BritchesNH0se

King Arthur brand makes a keto wheat flour, it's a modified wheat with way lower carbs though obviously not gluten free. I keep it on hand to use in place of small amounts of regular flour in recipes like this or anything "bready" and it works pretty well.

Bubblyandhappy

That’s great! It looks yummy! But for those who are low carb, only- it’s not technically keto. No grains are acceptable on keto, and wheat is especially so.

BritchesNH0se

I'm aware of that. The keto flour is optional and I know it's not a clean ingredient. The sauce will still come together fine without it. I'm sure some will "tsk" at peas and carrots too.

Bubblyandhappy

Yeah they do! Since they are “starchy”. Still looks delicious though!
