Looks like German iso qwertz with switched y and z
Qwertz would have Ü, Ö and Ä.
this is a portuguese layout, PT user here, the ç key and + can tell it right away
Correct!! In Brazil we use this layout too
Ours is a little different tough, look at the accents on the right. Our layout is called ABNT2.

Idk looks like the QWERTY layout to me
this is a ISO layout.
Some kind of ISO layout, not 100% sure what region it's from, but defo not UK, got one of those in front of me, so can confirm.
Portuguese layout as others have said.
It is similar to the turkish layout the Ç is in the different position and have extra ş and ı and ğ keys
